It was working fine but it had a faulty wire when I took it out on my first solo voyage that wire broke. This meant my heater didn't work and a fluke cold front came through and made it 46° inside my trailer. I called BJ he said I'll be there in three hours. He drove all the way over to try and fix my trailer, which he could not, and drove all the way back. He immediately called company and had a new unit to replace the faulty one in less than a week. That is the kind of service you get with BJ. He wants you to be happy. And he goes above and beyond to make sure that you are. I have nothing but good things to say about BJ and the service I get in his shop.

She bought her trailer sight unseen from a Sister on the Fly in Michigan, had it brought to Kerrville, and then started looking for someone to bring it up to speed. We were lead to BJ's RV by the high recommendations of a couple of vintage trailer folks we know in our area. Since then BJ has taken care of this gem from front to back, top to bottom. Changed out all the electrical, all the plumbing, new AC/heater, modified shower/bathroom, reconfigured bed/couches, sealed/painted, custom framed and mounted new appliances, made mount and frame adjustments. You get the picture. Always quick to work the trailer into his workshop when a new tweak or adjustment is needed or wanted. Your interpretation of what was "wrong" with my vehicle was 100% BS, but you wouldn't hear it. So much for having empathy and kindness for others. Go elsewhere for your inspections. First, they have opened a brick and morter office next to the police/sheriff office on Main Street. They offer a small selection of RV accessories you can't get at Walmart or ACE Hardware. If you're the DYI type, they also offer parts available in stock or order. The biggest asset is their billing process. Michelle or her assistant will call giving me a general idea of the cost and the appointment time. The technician is really good at keeping me updated with any delay or early arrival. Once the technician gives the work orders for the day, Michelle sends me a bill that I can immediately pay online. I am not affiliated or connected with the business in any way. However, I was recently asked because I spoke so well about the company. Honestly, I am honored. I had a situation last year that was causing me SERIOUS health issues. Being a new four season 5th wheel, I was unaware that the dealership filled the fresh water holding tank. I hadn't used it and the tank grew black mold. My son accidentally flipped the pump onto the on position giving me a mix of fresh and stored water. A team of two technicians drained, bleached, and then sterilized my tank and the lines in my unit. Making it safe to drink again. I just haven't ever worked with such knowledgeable and caring technicians.
