His shop drilled 7 holes in our trailer's fresh water tank while installing replacement underbelly material then he refused to pay for the $795 subsequent repair. Dinsmore also missed an obvious bent axle, even though he was paid over $100 just to inspect our rig after a serious highway accident. His "mechanic" was underneath our rig on more than one occasion removing then installing the underbelly material, so this oversight is inexcusable. His shop should be named Downer RV Repair, because doing business there is exactly that . . . a real downer.

I had inquired about a Grand Design fifth wheel trailer first thing in the morning after seeing it listed online after the dealer had already closed for the day. "Wheeler" was supposed to get over paperwork for an immediate deposit on said trailer, as I was told other were interested but didn't put down a deposit. An hour later, after not receiving paperwork, I gave the dealer a call back to be told that they had received a deposit from someone else and the trailer had been sold. I called management in an attempt to get a resolution to the problem, for the management to talk in circles, lie and in the end tell me to pound sand.

It was working fine but it had a faulty wire when I took it out on my first solo voyage that wire broke. This meant my heater didn't work and a fluke cold front came through and made it 46° inside my trailer. I called BJ he said I'll be there in three hours. He drove all the way over to try and fix my trailer, which he could not, and drove all the way back. He immediately called company and had a new unit to replace the faulty one in less than a week. Not only did he know exactly what to do, but he had me laughing with jokes while still being totally on top of things. Being that I drive a Toyota it's safety features were being a pain--it kept relocking itself and setting off the alarm while he tried to get in, so he had to pop the hood and disconnect the battery to get the keys out(which he forewarned me about).
