I purchased a 2013 Ford F-150 Lariat from this dealership that I found online back in 2015. Since we were buying the vehicle from California I had my parents stop by and test drive it. My wife and I worked with Benjamin Gardner throughout the process and it was pretty smooth for a long distance purchase. Had brakes and rotors replaced in Oct. 2025 and cost were just under $1000 dollars. Arrived in South Carolina 5-months later with a bad vibration and had to have them replaced again. Another $1100 dollars. Dealer there stated rear rotors were aftermarket. Checked my receipts for me and confirmed part numbers were not Ford. No warranty from Ford except for manufacturers defects, but I expect factory parts and equipment. Who warranties the aftermarket parts? Not very happy.
