Jimmy and his crew are simply terrific. Polite and accommodating. Jimmy went out of his way to help us, and diagnosed a problem in the generator within minutes. Fixed within an hour. the repair would have required a replacement of the entire carburetor, but he was able to fix it and it runs perfectly. He has worked on our rig before, and is not only fast, he is thorough. I will return for routine maintenance, and repair as needed.

I had inquired about a Grand Design fifth wheel trailer first thing in the morning after seeing it listed online after the dealer had already closed for the day. "Wheeler" was supposed to get over paperwork for an immediate deposit on said trailer, as I was told other were interested but didn't put down a deposit. An hour later, after not receiving paperwork, I gave the dealer a call back to be told that they had received a deposit from someone else and the trailer had been sold. I called management in an attempt to get a resolution to the problem, for the management to talk in circles, lie and in the end tell me to pound sand.

I'm not sure why there isn't a review from me here already. I vividly remember writing one…read more Anyway... I had a fight with a narrow bridge that was under construction a few years back. Unfortunately, my RV and I lost the fight. I had some pretty hefty damage down one whole side of the trailer, and the back wall was ripped loose With a about a 6 inch gap you could see into the bathroom through. Class A worked their magic and made that trailer look like new in what I thought was a pretty short time. I could not have been happier with their service. Last year, my slide wouldn't go back in. I labored to get it in manually and took it to be worked on at Class A. They've got it working like new. While it was in the shop, they also resealed my roof for me. While I was there, I asked about RV storage. Not only did they have it, they had it for 1/3 the price I was paying in San Antonio. Even with the added drive to Pipe Creek, I save time because I'm not dealing with the traffic getting to the Tally Road area. I recommend Class A for any service you need done on your RV. It is a very good company. The office staff is very friendly. Oh... I should mention how one of their technicians stayed on the phone with me for over an hour telling me how to get my slide back in manually so that I could tow it to the shop. He was awesome!

They got us in right away but had to finish the work the next day so we were able to stay in the small rv park Adjacent to the shop in pipe creek. The shop is so clean and the waiting area is stocked with everything for your rv from replacement doors to back up cameras. This is a gem of a repair place because we all Know you're going to need a repair on that rv! Hope we Don't have to visit them again but if we need a repair in the hill country we know where to go!

Another towing company referred me to MDFR. Seems they are buddies…read more Took my truck in and tried to convince me I needed a full reset but calling two other mechanics they said wait and just bring the truck home. Apparently, this doesn't resonate with another small business, that spending $7500 on a potential fix is normal. They recommend me conveniently to their sole go to for quick loans. Decline the service and ask for the work to get the truck starter replaced. They instead don't do the work, write it up as I decline. Charge me $900 for basically their diagnostics and then set my truck to only do 25 mph. This requires a new service call by another shop in the town who knew what crooked shop I worked with just by sharing the horror story of the day. I hope no one goes to this business. I hope no small owner operator is stranded and at mercy of their Buddy tow shop next door. It's horrible that these businesses prey on people and their money and are so audacious to program trucks at a retaliatory speed out of anger or intention to bring you back. I hope YELP can't be swayed to remove this warning post of facts.

We had him come to the track and give the diesel a tune, and the mileage on the trip home to California was easily 20% better, with less downshifting on the hills. Highly recommend.
