So, after shopping and pricing around, I settled on Lawrence Trailer sales in Fredericksburg. They didn't have what I wanted in stock, but the owner ordered one from the manufacturer and said it would take less than two weeks to get it delivered, which was fine. After I paid for my trailer, he let me use another trailer on the lot which was similar to the one I ordered, until mine came in. I thought that was pretty cool. He also made sure that I had the right hitch and light hookup. Note: Yelp has the address wrong on this place. It's actually on Highway 290 East right before the Luckenbach turnoff.

Or I would spend a day just using a push mower... so I decided it was time to get a seated mower. I've read a lot about zero turn mowers and felt I was ready to make the purchase. Through my search online, I came across Reid's Triple T and was hoping to find out as much information online before making the trip out. It turned out to be even easier than that. I contacted them by email and they confirmed they had the exact zero turn mower I was interested in as well as the add-ons I wanted. Without even having to talk to anyone on the phone, I was given a quote. Now, I don't have any means of hauling something like this and thought it would be easier for them to install the extras I was ordering. Fortunately, they knew someone who would transport the mower and for a reasonable fee, they attached the extra equipment I ordered. I was ready to make the purchase; I sent them the documents they required and I was able to sign them and email right back to them. Fortunately, I can sign electronically on my computer, but for those who can't, it might be nice if they used Docusign (but they might actually offer that). I spoke to someone over the phone to do my payment and in just a few hours... I had purchased my new mower and arranged for delivery. They gave me an approximate date for delivery and today it arrived... as promised. I am very happy with the service at Reid's Triple T. In fact, another person from this store emailed me to ensure I had been contacted after my initial email inquiry. They responded to all of my emails immediately and instead of what I thought would take days and ultimately result in me driving to the store (it's far away from me), I never left my house other than to greet the person who delivered the mower. Great prices, incredible customer service... I wouldn't hesitate to use them and if you know of another store that has the same product... you want to come here simply for the customer service. They way they treat their customers is how you would expect if you were family! I really can't say enough great things about my experience with this store and I know I will return. And, he did this in front of two young sales guys. I refuse to be treated by anyone in that way, much less when I'm trying to give someone business. In fact, I had gone there to look for two trailers, the other a dump trailer - also expensive. But, after that treatment, I would rather drive 100 miles to buy from anyone else.
