    The products they push on you to finance or buy is not right. They give you the impression off try…read moreit out and it's easy to return no hassles. They smile in your face with the two faced system. For instance the the home internet junk box. I tried it out the entire time it did not work. No access to anything. So I return then get charged for using something that did NOT work. They charge restocking fee to sell it to someone else. Why is there a restocking fee or have to pay for service that did not work. Please customers do not get excited about these products they push on you. They seem to just make money off restocking fees. It's ridiculous and horrible business practices. I had an almost 400 dollar bill. Just for their junk. I had to return a WiFi that was supposed to help me with my business. It just turned on and off on and off. I showed Jamal the video he clearly saw something wrong. I still had to pay a restocking fee. You will be paying for products that do not work. The 360 insurance doesn't cover much of anything. My iPhone fell into a fire. Not a lifted finger to help. Then there is the S.O.B. Named Cam a Real Snake oil salesman. They knew I had an issue with Google. Cam slips me one anyway when I told him I wanted the Motorola. Something cheap so I could just pay for it. Instead of bringing me the Motorola I asked for he brings me Google Pixel. Knowing Google had hijacked all my photos I have had for 24 years. I am a Tour Guide and Business owner. One day I was on the way back home from Giving a Tour in Yellowstone. I see this pop up from Google telling me I should by this photo album. I'm looking at it. And they are all my photos from many Tours I had givin through out the years! I yell out Helllll No! This is messed up! I said no and commenced to talking crap all the way home to Idaho Falls. After this I could access my photos then I couldn't accsess my account. I was with Verizon for over 20 years. They took me as a joke. So I discontinued my service and decided to give T-Mobile a try. At first it was not good. Especially going to the store on 25th st. Don't go in there to ask for help. They all look like a deer in headlights! Then just tell you to go to Isource even if you have an Android. However the Isource Man Remington is Awesome! I have to leave money for him on the counter to take it. If anyone needs to learn to operate a business they need to learn from Remington at Isource. A guy that absolutely genuinely cares about his customers and employees. Quinn at the T-MOBILE on Utah is new. He genuinely tries and listens. Jamal Is good too. However Cam which is now at the Grand Teton Mall store is a pathological liar. He will say anything to get a buck or make sure you keep a product that does NOT meet your needs. I wanted to return the Google Pixel but John kept saying go talk to Cam but I already have and did. They will have you hold on to a product till time expires to return it. Then you are just stuck with it. Now everytime I have to worry about my intellectual property being stolen. It's already bad enough through a bad couple of years. I was the Caregiver for my mother for 8 years until her passing. Then my beagle gets ran over. Then I'm in an accident that totalled my truck. My intellectual property gets stolen. Then when you are trying to recover and build a business here comes people like Cam to kick you in the gut again! Where is the decency, standards and morals? I hope this review helps. Only talk to Quinn or Jamal when need help or go see Remington at Isource. Watch your back in these stores because they sure don't have it.

    This review is for the 17th St store that I unfortunately visited. I had bought phones from this…read morelocation in the past and didn't realize that it had changed to a Victra store. That's a mistake I won't make again. After purchasing 2 phones and being upsold on a watch promotion, I was informed the watch wasn't even in stock. My options were to drive to another location to pick it up, or let them order one in. At this point, I had already been in the store for 3.5 hours (really). So, I asked for it to be ordered and I would be back in after returning from a business trip. When I returned to pick up the watch two weeks later, it wasn't even the correct watch. I was informed the sales person that had helped me no longer worked there (surprise) and I'd have to speak to the manager. No problem. What I didn't realize was how seldom the "manager" was there. I made another 3 or 4 attempts before finally catching the manager in the store and after another 15 minute wait, I was finally able to speak with him about making an exchange for the correct product. After looking at my receipt I was informed that it had been 32 days since I had paid for the item and he could no longer help me (beyond the arbitrary 30 day return limit). Keep in mind they had to order it in and I actually only had the unused product in my possession for about a week, and that was only because I couldn't get help without speaking to the "manager". He actually suggested that I sell the watch online and come back in to buy the one I wanted in the first place. I informed him that I will never return to a Victra store and he was part of the worst customer service experience I've ever had.
