One of the few independent coffee shops to open in the last five years and be successful! Great service! I love their home made paninis.

We really enjoyed our drinks (creamy and not too sweet) and my son said that his bagel with dill cream cheese was spot on! The staff are very friendly but this space is small and there are no tables/chairs here for customers -- we had to grab and go sit in the car. Too bad it was a cold January day and snowing -- there are picnic tables outside for customers.

Customer Service: 4/5 - Servers were polite. Service speed was average. Location: 3/5 - For most people it is a little out of the way. Not too many other shops nearby. Transit close by. Taste: 4/5 - I have only had a few menu items, but they were all very good. The coffee is smooth and strong. Menu: 4/5 - Menu is on the smaller side of average size with not many unique items. Might not please fussy eater. Sustainability: 2/5 - Couldn't find info on ingredient sourcing. No advertised sustainable initiatives. Strengths - Tasty. Weaknesses - Not the best location. Good items to buy: Caramel iced coffee, Cappuccino. Summary: 3.5/5 - Overall, I would recommend stopping by The Bullet Coffee House. They have great tasting caffeinated beverages. Their menu is on the smaller side of average size and may not please a fussy eater. Additionally, their shop is located a little bit out of the way for most people. The one area I think they could improve is by creating some sustainable initiatives. Thank you for taking the time to read my review and I hope it helps you!!

When we brought it back we were simply told they were out of tomatoes and our sandwiches were handed back to us. (A caprese sandwich without a tomato is simply a cheese sandwich). My friend was waiting for her order, which took a very long time. Finally, after we were all done eating, it was ready. The sandwich was set on the counter, and another customer who had ordered way after us took it. When my friend mentioned it, the girl working simply said that the other customer ordered the same thing. We finally got tired of waiting so my friend was offered her money back. When she complained, there was no apology until she asked for one. So impressive.

They do their best to keep up with all the traffic but there is still a 4-5 person wait in line on average. There is a Starbucks kiosk in the Safeway if you just want a quick in-and-out and their line up is maybe a couple of people at the most and only on occasion. A drive-thru might be better for this location, especially with the population density to increase in a few years with the University City condos coming in. In the interim, the mall could make more accommodations for their demand by adding more tables in the mall. Someone could easily take over the old Hula Juice shop across the way and make some money. Parking is terrible. It should really be parallel parking in front instead of perpendicular parking on a major laneway. Maybe in the next version ...

I not only want to be sipping on fantastic coffee, but I want to WANT to stick around for hours on end, writing, working and relaxing. Although this location of Starbucks attracts a diverse crowd (students, seniors and business folk alike), it's congested and small. There aren't any comfortable seats, and all the chairs and tables are normally taken. I've sat on their patio in the summer before and the view is just as dissapointing as the inside experience; It just looks onto a parking lot and surrounding stores. Nothing about this Starbucks would keep me in it for longer than 5 minutes. You may see me walk by, but you wont catch me pondering life's mysteries in this place. Hell to the No.
