The food arrives and Analyn's presentation is magnificent! [If looks could be tasted]. Time to eat! WOW!!! The kare kare was flavorful; the peanut sauce with perfect consistency; the vegetables cooked perfectly and placed on top; the lechon kawali perfectly crispy! The sizzling pork adobo was no adobo I've ever had before. I usually like mine wet... with sabaw (sauce), but this version of Annalyn's was amazing! And the bulalo... the flavors of umami punches your tastebuds with the first sip!!! By gosh... this is some of the best Filipino food I have had ANYWHERE, but especially in NEO!!!
