One thing I like most about this shop is that they don't treat you like a dummy when you go in. Some shops like to act condescending to customers whereas Kush Mart employees treat you like an equal. I'm new to the cannabis scene and came here first and this place terrifies me and I won't be going back. Although they have an overwhelming amount of choices, their customer service is just plain aweful. Both of the girl bud tenders(African American girl and girl with hair shaved on side) were just plain stuck up young batista types that even rolled their eyes when I said I was just looking, they were even more stuck up when I asked questions. The only kind person there was their doorman. It's an aweful combination of to much selection and non existent customer service. I advise anyone that doesn't want to be treated like trash to go elsewhere. You can't get any worse customer service then what they provided or better said did not provide. I used to live a couple blocks away and would be in multiple times a week. This place has a diverse range of prices so you can usually find something from really good high end product, to "I have $5, what's good?". Their wax Wednesdays and cartridge Thursdays are both 20% off as compared to most places that do 10%. I moved a 15 minute drive away and what has me coming back still is the staff. Brad, Jane, and Anya in particular make the vibe so friendly. If you are in there a bunch they get to actually know and care about you. The one downside though is they seem to have a difficult time keeping consistent lines of product on the shelf cause they sell out fairly quick. So just a heads up, if there is something you like buy multiples be because they may not have it tomorrow. read more

From the day Kushmart opened, I have bought all my products from them. A year ago I moved to Edmonds yet I continue to drive to the Everett Kushmart for my products. I spend A LOT of money at Kushmart. Three weeks ago I was approved for a Medical Card, I went to Kushmart and I left my name and phone number and some one would call me back. No one never did. I went in again, this time I got an appointment and when I got there this morning I was told to reschedule. WTF I drive from Edmonds, I am paying taxes because of this and this is how I am treated. First of all I found that even their door person was extremely rude. Second, this place has horrible prices. Pricing in the Washington recreational market is already very high, this store chooses to mark things up higher than the rest of their competition. These kids are the cat's pajama's. The door man is dedicated: to peace, and love. The motto is easy to be revealed, cheap prices. It doesn't mean bad weed. They have good stuff. Their prices: easily the best in Everett. Their service: too cool for school. I hope you all understand, that if you park your car at home, and take the bus: best way to do it. It's somewhat of a different scene by car, but I'm sure you know how to park whereas the lot is confusingly high intensity. But, the bus stops directly at the door, number seven. I will say you are rushed to make a choice and then if you ask questions they rush even more making you not want to ask anything. If they do recommend something it's usually the stuff they are trying to push off that they have too much of. I like to get a variety of things and some days I don't even want to go in because I know on weekends not only is it jammed packed with people, the music is so loud it gives me anxiety. Gotten quite a few dried out bags. They got an attitude because I wanted to chose which item by looking at the buds. When I asked for one in their case they couldn't because they didn't have keys. There are a few good people most of them Are or have been rude more than once but because it's literally right by my house or I would go to the south location even over them. Definitely need to loose the billboards because no offense if you can't advertise alcohol and cigarettes why should you be able to weed. And the sign flipper is over the top too kids don't need to see or think about what kushmart is! read more

I don't get all the bad reviews. This isn't a massage parlor, the only happy ending your going to get is when your mom serves you hot pockets after smoking a bowl...since I'm assuming you live in your moms basement. It was my first time in and I wasn't asked to leave my bag at the door, I was immediately greeted and asked if they could help me! I knew what I wanted because I only had 20 cash on me and was pinched for time. I would love to go in another time to see all the products. The reason why I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is because I think it could be a little nicer inside, as far as decor and possibly informational posters. Happy smoking! read more

Unfortunately I have to write this review and I should have read the ones on here before I went. I think this place tries to scamp people. Good thing I have a good bank. I went in a few weeks ago and everything was fine customer service wise, but when I went to pay I had mostly cash and I wanted to put the balance on my card. So that is what I did. Next day I check my balance and they put the entire charge on my card and when I went in, I was told their system was like an ATM and they could not do a refund. The bank said absolutely not true, no company is like that. Anyways, I they told me to file a dispute with my bank and they would not fight it. That is what I did. When the bank tried to call them, they hung up on them twice. Not sure what they have behind that counter at the register but it must be a little ATM and they won't work with the bank to get you your money back. So let's put this place out of biz since they're crooked. We don't need that bad vibe in our town. read more

So I've been shopping here since they first opened and have had good and bad experiences but nothing so bad that I would stop going and post a yelp review till last week. I was shopping with my fiancee and we were looking to spend about $100 as we do every week. My fiancee asked another customer "Excuse me" and the man and his gf didn't acknowledge him at all. So he says "Excuse me" this time the man says "I heard you bud" with a snobby attitude. So my fiancee asks "Then why didn't you move?". At this point we had made part of our choice and were proceeding to look at other products and the man kept on running his mouth the exact words escape me now but it was all to push the situation further into a fight. My fiancee and I both in our own words tell them to just shop and we will do the same. After we say that the man's gf then starts to run her mouth and my fiancee told her to mind her business and we will mind our then the man charges at him with me in the middle as he ran up pinning me in between him and my fiancee I screamed and pushed him away from me. He was probably about 6' and 300lbs I'm only 5'6 and 120lbs I was terrified. Then the little boy who was helping that couple said they didn't do anything when his manager came up. So they asked us all to leave then the gf had the audacity to say they wanted to wait till we were gone to leave probably because my fiancee had just saw her bf charging me as i screamed and push him away. My fiancee and I are never going back here and nothing could fix what happened. I have never written any reviews before this and I probably never will again but what happened to us was wrong and it felt like the staff was condoning what that man did. I was shaking for hours I've never been attack before it was terrifying and to see how no one would say anything and just look at the floor the only person that said anything said it was my fault that he charged me. I hope no else has to go through this I just wanted to let people know what happened to us hopefully the owner sees this and it helps you know how things are at their store. read more

Have been sold shitty quality stuff on three occasions at Kush Mart. I keep going back because it's near my house but now I'm going to go down the street. I am completely rushed and feel like I need to get out and then look at what they "recommend" for me since I had so little time to look and it's 7% THC.
