I almost always find what I'm looking for at Infinity's and if I can't find it at one location, they usually have what I need at one of their other stores. My second favorite location is off South Blvd from when I lived on that side of town. Yesterday I stopped by the University location after visiting two smaller smoke shops that didn't have what I was looking for. (In fairness, one of them did but not the color I wanted.) Of course I found it at Infinity's; I reminded myself, "You should have just come here first." Besides having the largest selection of any and everything, the staff is always the most chill and friendly and knowledgeable. Soon as I told them what I wanted, Derek immediately helped me. He was awesome, even checking to see if they had the color I was looking for (they did!) and going above and beyond to explain the lifetime guarantee etc. It never felt like a pressured sales pitch. Plus, kudos for asking how much I was willing to spend. Infinity's people almost always ask because they know customers are on different budgets. While you can't go wrong with anyone working there, after yesterday I especially recommend Derek. Seriously go see him when he's there! In my experience, though, everyone is fantastic at all three shops.

Now im not a smoker or anything but the amount of bongs that are in this place is crazy. When I walked in, there were three employees that greeted me. I immediately asked about my arthritic pain and if they had something for it. She explained that she could not prescribe anything since they are not medically trained but did show me some oils and topical creams. She let me sample one cream. So I placed the cream on my knees and gave it some time. The bottle says 10-15 mins but I can tell a difference shortly after that. I will be back to purchase the cream. My knees fell a lot better. My mobility had improved some. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Hands down the worst vape shop in the city. All of their disposables and juices are counterfeit…read more I've given this place a try, multiple times, and it's always awful. They're not even good fakes-- it's blatantly obvious. On top of it, the employees are incredibly rude and make it very clear that they don't want the business. I guess doing legitimate business is simply too difficult for these people. Save your money, time, and self respect, and avoid this place at all costs. There's a reason why this place is constantly empty.
