Where Burners really shines is through a very knowledgeable staff. Avery and Ross never have made a bad recommendation to me, nor have they focused on boosting sales and ignoring my needs. Every time I asked a question about something the guy helping me didn't seem interested in answering. Their juice selection is pretty poor. I went there a second time to give them another chance and there was a bunch of really young looking kids in there and the same guy that helped me sold them juice without checking their ID... needless to say I didn't give them my business again. I would avoid this store at all costs. There are plenty of good vape shops in mooresville that would be happy to help you with all your vape needs. 1 star for customer service and overall experience. I'll never go here again and I'll let all my friends know not to take their business here. Shops like this could learn to show some more respect to the customer.
