MAKE DOUBLE DAMN SURE YOU CHECK THE FRESHNESS OF THE PRODUCT YOU'RE BUYING BEFORE YOU PAY!!…read moreThe only reason I stopped in was my regular store was out of the brand of cigars I smoke. I bought three 5 packs of Game Leaf Dark cigars which by the way were $1 more per pack here than my go to store. When I got back to the car, I opened a pack to smoke one on the way home and these cigars were beyond dried out! I immediately went back in to get a refund and he said there was no refunds on tobacco products. I explained how dry they were and told him he wasn't going to cheat me out of my money! He then said I should have felt the package before buying. Really?? There would be no need for that if you didn't try to sell outdated, dried out products!! After a somewhat heated back and forth he finally gave me a refund and said he wouldn't do it next time to which I replied he didn't have to ever worry about a next time!! I will do without cigars if this store is the only one that has the cigars I smoke before I ever step foot inside of this store again!!

I used to really enjoy coming into this location. However, often times it seems the young lady with…read morebrown hair and glasses that works evenings (I apologize for not knowing her name) is unsure when asked about a product or item and refuses to call the store manager. I'm not sure if she is worried about being reprimanded (I want to emphasize the store manager DOES NOT seem to be the "reprimanding" type if an employee has a question), or why there would be an issue with asking for assistance. However, it's caused me to start shopping elsewhere because I feel as though the young lady (once again, I apologize for not knowing her name) may not have been trained properly and therefore is uneducated in regards to the store policies, products, and procedures. Overall, the company as a whole is great! As well as the products they produce. The Cornelius location is probably the best. I just think this location could use some revisions in staff or better training so customers aren't left feeling confused or mislead. I would give more stars, but it is a little frustrating I have to drive out of my way to a farther shop to feel as though I am receiving accurate information.

As I was leaving, several men were walking in and she asked them if they had masks as well. They all said no. I don't know if she is the owner or not but she was very rude and short with me. I guess if you don't wear a mask, respect is an option? Byeeeeeeeee

This Walgreens has some of the laziest, most incompetent employees you will ever deal with!!…read moreMy daughter since she lives out of state had ordered me some things including a helium filled balloon for my birthday. When the door dash driver arrived for the pickup the order was just kinda thrown at him and when he asked where the balloon was the woman snapped "It's in the bag." When he asked why it wasn't inflated, she snapped at him again in a rude tone of voice " I don't know how to use the machine and I'm busy and don't have time to do it" Really?? WTF!! When the Door Dash driver arrived at our house and explained what had happened you could tell he was kind of embarrassed having to tell us this but we let him know it wasn't his fault. We called our daughter to let her know what had happened which upset her and she filed a complaint with Door Dash on this Walgreens and they refunded her the cost of the balloon because she ordered and paid for a helium filled balloon not one thrown a bag unfilled because of a rude, lazy ass Walgreens employee! My wife and I went down here to speak to a manager and she made me stay in the car because she didn't want me to go to jail on my birthday! When she came out the balloon was filled and she said the manager was very apologetic and said the employee would be dealt with as she would not have been that busy at the time Door Dash came for the pickup and that no customer should have ever been treated that way. She gave us a $10 reward to use on our next purchase to make up for this incident, that we let our daughter have to make up for what had happened because we haven't shopped at a Walgreens in years because of their sorry assed of customer service. This is also why we left Walgreens pharmacy years ago and why we will never shop at any Walgreens for anything ever again!!
