First time I tried benefits of the doubt, probably a rough day. 2nd time I didn't get where the attitude came from as I just walked in the door & was the only customer. She is impatient, acting like the 5 minutes I spend looking over products to decide is so aggravating to her. This 3rd time I wasn't excited to walk in & see her because the 2 previous experiences with her have sucked. 12:30pm, I am the only customer inside. No greeting, so I nervously try to make conversation about the car in thr parking lot (with a bumper sticker I recognized on my own car) She has an attitude & then a (I am assuming supervisor) came out from the back, very positive, very happy & cheery, clearly happy to be engaging with customers. (He had a curled mustache!) While I am checking out & talking to the fellow- the woman interrupts me while I am mid sent an d, talking to the man- butting in to say "Let me see your ID". There is no customer behind me waiting, there is nothing to rush except SHE wants to rush me & rush my pleasant conversation with her boss/coworker. She could have waited the 20 seconds for us to finish our conversation. She's rude, she's not friendly, & it's obvious this is just how her customer service works. I absolutely WILL NOT go back to this location, she is impatient, rude, & will make you feel like you're bothering them- simply for doing their job & buying products from this location. Thankfully I am not local to Kannapolis so I for sure will never be back to this location- I would rather go or drive anywhere else than be in that nasty woman's energy or presence again. Save your time & money- the customer service here does not deserve the money we work hard for & to spend.

I almost always find what I'm looking for at Infinity's and if I can't find it at one location, they usually have what I need at one of their other stores. My second favorite location is off South Blvd from when I lived on that side of town. Yesterday I stopped by the University location after visiting two smaller smoke shops that didn't have what I was looking for. (In fairness, one of them did but not the color I wanted.) Of course I found it at Infinity's; I reminded myself, "You should have just come here first." Besides having the largest selection of any and everything, the staff is always the most chill and friendly and knowledgeable. Soon as I told them what I wanted, Derek immediately helped me. He was awesome, even checking to see if they had the color I was looking for (they did!) and going above and beyond to explain the lifetime guarantee etc. It never felt like a pressured sales pitch. Plus, kudos for asking how much I was willing to spend. Infinity's people almost always ask because they know customers are on different budgets. While you can't go wrong with anyone working there, after yesterday I especially recommend Derek. Seriously go see him when he's there! In my experience, though, everyone is fantastic at all three shops.

I went into this shop to buy a pack of Djarum cigarettes and presented my U.S. Military ID. A U.S. Military ID is a federally issued ID that clearly shows date of birth. To call it "not real" is flat-out wrong and deeply insulting to service members. It's beyond frustrating to have my military ID dismissed as invalid when it's recognized everywhere else -- including by federal agencies. If this is truly store policy, it's unacceptable and disrespectful to veterans and active-duty members. Shoppers should be aware of how they treat customers with legitimate federal identification.
