Infinity's End is my go-to smoke shop. I'll go to others but their selection of products can't compare. I almost always find what I'm looking for at Infinity's and if I can't find it at one location, they usually have what I need at one of their other stores. My second favorite location is off South Blvd from when I lived on that side of town. Yesterday I stopped by the University location after visiting two smaller smoke shops that didn't have what I was looking for. (In fairness, one of them did but not the color I wanted.) Of course I found it at Infinity's; I reminded myself, "You should have just come here first." Besides having the largest selection of any and everything, the staff is always the most chill and friendly and knowledgeable. Soon as I told them what I wanted, Derek immediately helped me. He was awesome, even checking to see if they had the color I was looking for (they did!) and going above and beyond to explain the lifetime guarantee etc. It never felt like a pressured sales pitch. Plus, kudos for asking how much I was willing to spend. Infinity's people almost always ask because they know customers are on different budgets. While you can't go wrong with anyone working there, after yesterday I especially recommend Derek. Seriously go see him when he's there! I came in today and was assisted by Kirstin. Let's just say she is a product expert on vapes. The staff was very friendly and everyone greeted me when I walked in. The environment was very inviting and I definitely will be back. For all your vaping questions and concerns definitely go see Kirstin and tell her Yanni sent you. I live about 45 minutes north west of Charlotte, and we don't have many good smoke shops in our area. The ones we do have are insanely over priced. This store, is pretty reasonable on their prices! Certain things are a little bit more expensive, but for the most part, I feel like I'm not wasting money when I come in. Their glass pieces are high quality, and I currently own 3 from them which haven't been broken yet. The staff are SO incredibly helpful and the extremely knowledgeable... and I thought I was the connoisseur of smoking! These guys go above and beyond to make sure you are buying what you NEED. Regardless of price, if something that's cheaper will fit you better, they will not try to up-sell you to make more money. This shows me that they care about their customers and their smoking experience. This store is the best I've found in the Charlotte area! read more

This is a pretty neat smokeshop with more than just tobacco and the related. Aside from the plethora of bowls, "water pipes", hookahs and such they also sell the various flavored, specially scented and even nicotine-free tobaccos. I'm no smoker (of licit or illicit paraphernalia) but I can see what regulars would see in this place. They also have lots of counter-culture stickers and patches, statuettes, home decor and tons of incense. Quite a few t-shirts from the expected Bob Marley on into the more modern band scene. Want more? Plenty of jewelry including a piece for every type of piercing you could have. And if you're one of those disc-golf jocks then you may be surprised to find your fix here. I do believe they even sell a pop-up net...or trap...or hole....or whatever they call the goal in disc golf. I'm not in that fandom, sorry. I stumbled into this place last week and left excited and impressed. I practice witchcraft (nothing demonic, just some low-grade crystal meditation and positivity spells haha) and usually I have to hop on the light rail and head into Noda or Uptown to find what I'm looking for. Little did I know this gem of a shop was sitting under my nose for months! Infinity's End is advertised as a smoke shop, which it primarily seems to be, with all the standard MJ paraphernalia in the glass cases around the perimeter of the shop. Apple Maps describes it as a jewelry store, which is also understandable as they sell some cute necklaces and piercing jewelry. What search engines fail to realize is that it's also an awesome metaphysical shop! When you walk in, you're greeted by a jewelry case to your left that houses some awesome crystal jewelry, bracelets, necklaces, rings, all that good stuff. In the center there are cases with geodes inside, tumbled crystals (for the low low!), tarot and oracle cards, statues, and all kinds of other cool goodies. You can also find some great-looking books on astrology/astronomy, kitchen witchery, yoga, and other metaphysical subjects. Small colored candles used for spells are also only $0.69, which is the lowest I've seen in the area, and the incense collection is IMPRESSIVE, to say the least. If you're looking for herbs or more rare metaphysical gifts, you might be disappointed, but this is a great place to grab your basics. read more

Consistent customer, first place I went to when I moved here and never bothered with other shops. Had a few bad experiences, and then today it took ten minutes to check out because the person servicing me kept stopping to talk to other customers while wrapping my water pipe in bubble wrap. When I got home, the bowl of the water pipe was shattered. Did not bother going back for a return, I just went to a different shop and bought a new bowl. Not going back. I'm also realizing the selection there is smaller than some other shops nearby. read more

If you enjoy being sold on the idea of good herbal products by the good looking but shady girls behind the glass case only to find out what you purchased is not only an inferior but also a counterfeit product Shop here The product in question is not important what is important is it was counterfeit Due to the product being knocked off so much it was supposed to have certain insignia and labeling It did not Upon returning I was met with the standard head shop no return policy at which point I let them know about theyselves selling bunk goods and I was none to thrilled. The length I had to go for a refund was just sad. The management even claims to have said oh I called them and they ran out of that packaging at the factory that day. Did they? And I must also be 3. Infinitys end has any and every smoking accessory you'll ever need. From simple rolling papers and wraps, to hookahs, vapes, and water pipes. They also carry an extensive selection of T-shirt's and gift/novelty items. Definitely my go to shop any day of the week, especially during the holiday season. It's a one stop shop. The staff is very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions you have unlike most other shops. And there's always a happy smile ready to greet you as you walk in! read more

As far as smoke shops go, I can't think of anything bad about this establishment. I find their overall selection of tobacco, clothing, glass pipes and incense to be one of the most diverse in Charlotte. I'm also a huge fan of their t shirt collection, they have some cool novelty tees. Customer service is excellent. Each time I've been to the shop, I've always gotten a verbal greeting when I walk in. The staff is very willing to explain items to you and even take them out of the box and give you a walk through on how to use them. Staff members also have a great deal of knowledge around how to properly maintain and clean your glassware. If you like to patronize smoke shops or are curious about them, I suggest giving Infinity's End a try. read more

I came into your University store today Sunday the 10th,2021 all the way from South Blvd, because this store usually provide good customer service and quality products. Today, I inquire about a specific product you didn't have, which was OK., but i felt the person behind the counter didn't really look deeper to resolve my hope that the product was there. So I asked one of the Managers on duty a female to look a little deeper which she did she checked other stores, all to no avail. I settled for another CBD strength by the same company. The Manager rang up my order, and even offered to staple the smaller smoke screens to the flower i purchased, which i did not see her do, as I was getting my card out to pay and I praised her for the customer service experience. I dug my card out and payed her, grabbed the bag she packed and left the store.I get home all to find she did not place all of my items in my bag. This to me was very upsetting. I called when I got in @ 9pm, of course the store closes @ 6pm. No answering machine to at least leave a message to give a heads up to the staff coming in, nothing. I purchased 7 items in total and get home and have 4 in my bag. This felt deliberate, after I told her my concerns of not wanting to drive home and have not at least checked thoroughly within all the products to see if one was maybe lurking in the shadows of the others hanging on the wall ( My request didn't seem unusual) , that I had driven over there for to begin with. If this is the kind of thing going on within the store, I will not be back after I straighten this out. I certainly hope that she placed it to the side waiting for me to come pick it up, otherwise I am going to call this like I see it, a straight up hustle. Shame on your Manager for pulling such a indecent stunt. I do not have money to give to her and this is a complete waste of my time having to drive back over there for a resolution. If she did not want to help me she should have stated that, and referred me to the other Manager on duty instead of pulling this type of stunt. Cognitive Dissonance is real and customers are suffering because we have this type of behavior to contend with, which adds an element of distrust from our retail shops that you'll get what you paid for. I really did not think I needed to check my bag in this store, as I have never felt the need to make sure everything was in it, but now from here moving forward, because of one person which messes it up for all, I will . How messy and sad this is what I get, all because I was being a loyal customer and have been even when there was only one Infinity's End, in Charlotte on Independence blvd way back in 2003 when I first came to know the brand. Update:1/11/2021 The District Manager and General Manager resolved my issue. This is what I call fantastic Customer Service. Every time I go to this infinity's end I walk out there beyond impressed. The customer service is amazing, every person is knowledgeable with the product they are selling. Example I'm new to the CBD product and they helped me out to the right direction on which one to get, the right amount of dosage and etc... the most important thing they which is the reason I keep coming back is how they are to my daughter, they make us feel like family and are playful with her every time and I thank you guys for it. This store has a lot more merchandise and disc golf supplies than some of the high life stores in the area. The jewelry is very cute and with the trend nowadays. The sticker wall is cool and most of the associates are more than helpful and attentive. I have bought fair priced merchandise here and would definitely choose this if the high life stores in the area didn't have what I needed. read more

I went to the south blvd location to purchase a new coil for my puffco pen. This location was out of stock so I contacted the university location to ensure the coil was available before I made the hour and 20 minute round trip. They assured me it was, but upon my arrival I was disappointed to find that they did not have it in stock and had not had it. To clarify the one star review is not due to the lack of availability, I'm sure the pen is in high demand. It's the fact that the woman who answered the phone made no effort to actual check to see if they had the product I needed before letting me drive all the way out there.
