Knowledgeable and helpful, my wife has been coming here for the last few months to pick up her Delta 8 that she uses to help sleep. I got to help with her errands this time so this was my first visit. I was impressed with the professionalism and the friendly service we received this evening. I was on a girls trip in Charlotte and the host brought us here because one of the other ladies wanted CBD products and another wanted to purchase a grinder. It a cute shop with a good assortment of products. I was shocked that there long insence were $1 each where in most places they are 3/$1. I bought incense and a lighter and still ended up spending $12. The person that brought a grinder spent $9. So the pricing can really vary. They had some cool looking hookahs. I need some stuffs for my cigar box.. Opted to stop by here on my way home from work. Greeted right away. The place is beautiful and will organize... All the different types of hookahs to pipes at different price point.. Heidi asked if I needed help and I asked her couple of questions. She didn't try to sell or recommended the most expensive items. She started at the lowest point that's good for their price and goes up from there. Which I can appreciate. Most ppl will show us the most expensive when you asked for recommendations. From all the recommendations. I pick some low prices ones and a few mid level. Walked away spending $25. Which isn't bad from what I got. This will be my place to go for some more cigars stuffs. Yasss! read more

Greetings, I have been a regular at many of the Buddha's Bazaar locations for quite some time. Always very personalized service in awesome greetings when you walk in the door. Everybody is so knowledgeable and they've taught me so much and they don't seem like they're out to get me. My Their new policy of wanting ID from everyone at the register when one person of the group buys something is completely ridiculous. If the guy I am with is purchasing a product does not mean it has anything to do with me. The lady mentioned she would not have known if we made a deal outside the store for him to purchase me something. That idea is dumb because if I were to ask him to buy me something I could easily wait outside. Its a shame to single out people just because they walk in with someone else that decides to buy a tobacco product. I understand why but Its not fair. I asked for pipe tobacco and was handed a product by the store employee. I did not realize the product was cigarette tobacco until after we completed the sales transaction. Maybe 45 seconds of time had elapsed. I had not left the store. When I pointed out the discrepancy to the employee I was told no refunds. All I wanted was to get a refund for the cigarette tobacco and purchase pipe tobacco. The employee refused. I asked for the manager, who was sitting in his office nearby but the employee would not get him. There is no way the manager did not hear the interaction. He looked right at me. There is common sense and there is ridiculous. I will not shop at this store again where I had been a regular customer for about a year. Plenty of competition out there to have to put up with such horrible customer service. read more

Bought a delta8 cartridge and it was a dud, nothing but burnt hits from it. I understand with covid and the want to not return things, but the complete lack of care from representatives / management about the issue threw me off. Money is no issue but its more of a integrity and honor type situation. Even if the representative showed a little bit more interest in the issue, I would have bought another. But the disregard for customer satisfaction was a huge turn off, and I get it, im sure they get people all the time trying to get freebies. Profits really seem to be all the care about though. Just look for another head shop. Its a shame I can't go back here. read more

Disregarding the minor annoyances (i.d. scan for ANY purchase, higher prices, less than knowledgeable staff regarding store products ,etc), I recently spent $80 on a pulsar vaporizer which stopped functioning after 2 weeks when the pancake coil "went bad". Problem is the sales persons (plural) told me they sold replacement coils for when they go out. When I went to buy one of these they discovered they only sell coils for the wax vaporizer and my $80 purchase would need to be ordered and shipped. Sloppy read more
