Such a cool, newly opened spot! I've been in Charlotte only for business, so I am not sure if there are more shops like these around the area, but I absolutely fell in love with this place. It is such an eclectic little shop too! What's even cooler is that they are attached to Charlotte Vapes in the Whitehall Area that you can easily browse to and fro. There is everything here from Rolling Paper, E-Cigz, Pipes, Shisha, Tobacco, Buddhas, Incense and my favorite part.. TEA and Matcha Powder! They even have a different type of Tea out for sampling and even an Rewards Program to rack up while you come back and shop. read more

I recently shopped at Buddhas Bazaar for the first time, purchased a few items one of which was a diffuser. Initially the young lady that helped me told me that it required batteries. When I got home and tried to use the diffuser I realized it was supposed to come with a plug, with such a strict policy on returns/exchanges I was worried they would give me an issue getting the plug. The two gentlemen today were kind and helpful and gave me the plug with no problems. Con: employees should know more I I on products sold in the store, location of items. The staff is always friendly and very professional, able to answer all my questions about various products, including the CBD oils and edibles that I enjoy. I like this place, its a pretty straight forward smoke shop. I like how the staff is always so knowledgeable. What i don't like is the poor checkout system. Sometimes they will be standing around but let a line build up. I understand if you are helping someone but if customers are waiting have another associate assist. Other than that prices appear to be reasonable. I dont have much to compare it to lol. But i love their brownies, and cbd products. read more

Well my second time going is my LAST time going. Walked in to stares with no greeting. I got ID'd immediately as if I'm not 34 years old lol. I gotta feeling they don't do that to everyone that comes in there. And it didn't happen the 1st time I came. Anyways like I said NO greeting just ID then "do you know what you want"? That's some of the worst customer service I've seen. Also employees aren't knowledgeable about the products. I was asking about things in the store they didn't even know what they were. Doesn't seem like a job I would hate but hey I don't work there. All I know is that when I spend my hard earned money I don't want to be disrespected, profiled, or stared at. My 1st time coming was the day before in which I had no issues except the fact nobody really wanted to help me and they had to "draw straws" to see who got the honor LOL. I'm actually a very easy customer to deal with. To bad I won't be returning for them to really find that out. O well ones loss is another's fortune. read more

Horrible experience. I walked and didn't receive a greeting but the guy on the floor doing inventory says, "you probably need to take your hood off." Sir, it's 30 degrees outside, and there's a difference between a ski mask and hood. Never will I ever go in this store again. I'll keep spending my money with Infinity's End and High Life 30 miles away. Just to let you know it's very offensive to ask someone to take their hood off. It's better to say "Hey, I'm a little scared of you, can you please remove your hood?" I may take that better than what the guy told me. This store just let an article of clothing cost them future business. read more

Went in this store a few weeks back and I'll never return. The entire staff seems to be stoned off their rockers and smell like it to. The black girl with the pink hair was very obnoxious with her fake laughing and seemed more distracted by telling the guy she was working with, skinny black guy with weird sores on his mouth, about her time in mental facilities and has scars all over from self harm. The guy was being really loud, swearing horribly! Everything was f this and f that or n this and n that. So disgusting! They were both reeking of weed and when they weren't talking and cussing they were staring blankly into space laughing at nothing and he even talked to himself a few times. There was another guy there but he left not long after I came in. He did speak to me for a moment and someone needs to tell him to invest in a bottle of Listerene! His breath was so awful I had to stand back from him and try not to be rude. He was a fat white guy with a beard. I was going to let management know at the time but they was not there. I advise anyone else to think twice before going in here. The store is way overpriced on things that are a fraction at Infinity's End. I predict closure and failure for them if this is how they run their business. I may try another location but never this one again. read more
