I run over on my lunch break. This has happened to me a few times. I do work not far from this location but I will drive to the one in pineville it's worth the drive nice,friendly and fast! If you are just there for something fast and simple they will make sure to get you out the door! For me who runs over on my lunch break this is an important factor to me. Advice, dont make people wait 20-30 min in line if they just ran to get one quick item. If you know the person is going to take there time purchasing a new device as they should take there time. But if you see the person in line behind him needs to just check out take care of them! Not fair for people to sit there whole lunch break in there.

What a strikingly beautiful interior! It was rack upon rack of smoking things, like those little pipes, lighters, standing hookahs, cigarettes of all kinds and even a cigar humidor. Wow! The young girl tending the register showed me a rack of different butane gases. Knowing nothing about his, I took her suggestion and walked out with a amazed smile and happy that I had ventured into a vape shop. It is amazing and I recommend you just drop in to take it all in. The coil was the V12-Q4. Having no knowledge about the coil, I advised the female behind the counter that I've never seen before, and could tell her knowledge was lacking in the store, told me that it could fit my V12 Prince tank. THEN SAID, yea it'll fit, though larger, it'll fit and went on about some other coil story that fits another tank and that these "light up red, I thought they were on fire!" Well having my hopes up to using the coil and get home later on, they don't fit AT ALL! Soo I call and the manager picks up. He gives me the spill about no returns on the coils. And I explained the whole story of asking the staff, that's SUPPOSED to have knowledge, of the coil sold me the wrong one after telling her I HAVE A """"V12 PRINCE."""" I told him that that is a staff error! So he proceeds to tell me that he was in there when she sold me the coil. LIE DETECTOR DETERMINES THATS A LIE! She was the only one up front! The variety of mods and juices is only outshined by the customer service. The knowledgeable and friendly associates make it an enjoyable errand like I'm stopping by to see friends. I recently needed to upgrade my mod and I decided on the vaporesso gen mod. I purchased the black but mentioned that I wondered if other colors would be released. The team member who helped me add a note to my account that I would be interested in a purple. Once the new colors were released about 8 weeks later, I got a call asking if I would still like the purple and they could put one aside for me. I said yes and went by the next day to pick it up. I love the vaporesso gen and having it in two colors just makes me so happy. I truly appreciate the extra effort to ensure I got a chance to get another gen in my favorite color.
