I recently needed to upgrade my mod and I decided on the vaporesso gen mod. I purchased the black but mentioned that I wondered if other colors would be released. The team member who helped me add a note to my account that I would be interested in a purple. Once the new colors were released about 8 weeks later, I got a call asking if I would still like the purple and they could put one aside for me. I said yes and went by the next day to pick it up. I love the vaporesso gen and having it in two colors just makes me so happy. I truly appreciate the extra effort to ensure I got a chance to get another gen in my favorite color.
