He dropped me at a nearby store then headed to Vitamin Shoppe and when he joined me later, he was visibly upset. Here's what he told me: he entered the store and two men were talking. At least one of them worked there. Both looked at him and neither greeted him, which he thought was "strange". A young woman working in the store helped him locate his products. He got in line behind a woman to wait his turn. My brother said when he got to the register, the cashier (one of the men who had watched him enter the store) literally turned his back to the register as if my brother wasn't there. My brother said he waited at the register for a minute or two, not knowing what to think. He said the cashier then moved FURTHER away from the register and began doing something over in the corner. My brother said he walked out of the store after that. How very rude. If staff can't extend good customer service to ALL customers, perhaps they should work where they don't have to deal with customers.

As soon as I walked in she did not great me, she asked me what did i need? What? Not Hello welcome nothing. It was as if I was a vagabond coming in from the street. I responded with I want to look around and shop as if I had come for another reason. After this awkward situation, I proceeded to make my selections, get to the counter and she proceeded to ring me up. She did verify my phone info, but then the prices changed. One item was coming up 3 dollars more than what was marked on the self. She proceeded to tell me it was placed incorrectly and that the price stands. I went to look again at the price and couldn't tell a difference, there was a whole line of the same product same size, so it was clearly marked. what she tried to so poorly explain with a grin on her face made me skeptical. After a few more minutes of sharing how the customer is correct, and telling her that a customer should be given the benefit of the price marked as I selected based off what your prices are marked and as a customer that should be honored. I decided to leave the store and leave her with those products and no sale. Overall her vibe was really bad and to top it off this was a poor experience as far as i am concerned when it comes to customer service that i have experienced in sometime, given the current state of things.
