Such a great establishment and mission! I found this place searching online for alternative,…read morenatural remedies. I've used CBD in the past and a believer of it's healing properties. I love that Lindsey was so knowledgeable and so eager to share her expertise and experience. The place itself is clean and inviting. I had purchased a few products that Lindsey suggested and wow, she was on point. I was so impressed and wanted to know more about D8 and D9 products, that I decided to attend their women and cannabis ladies night 2.0. It was such a fun event! So informative and such an amazing vibe of women! Got to meet Nina and she was also so helpful and knowledgeable. I believe educating the public as well as being ethical in choosing their products is so important in this business, and Nina and Lindsey nailed it! Cbd/cannabis has been so amazing to my life and health. I truly swear by it as a natural source for any ailments and overall well-being. I will definitely be a regular here. I recommend to anyone who needs a more natural remedy to any discomforts to check this place out. I promise you will not regret it!

I have been to this location 3x, but am usually a regular of the Cornelius location (which I have…read morenothing but GREAT things to say about that location & thr employees there) there is a female, black employee who I've seen each of the 3x I have been in, & she is so rude everytime. First time I tried benefits of the doubt, probably a rough day. 2nd time I didn't get where the attitude came from as I just walked in the door & was the only customer. She is impatient, acting like the 5 minutes I spend looking over products to decide is so aggravating to her. This 3rd time I wasn't excited to walk in & see her because the 2 previous experiences with her have sucked. 12:30pm, I am the only customer inside. No greeting, so I nervously try to make conversation about the car in thr parking lot (with a bumper sticker I recognized on my own car) She has an attitude & then a (I am assuming supervisor) came out from the back, very positive, very happy & cheery, clearly happy to be engaging with customers. (He had a curled mustache!) While I am checking out & talking to the fellow- the woman interrupts me while I am mid sent an d, talking to the man- butting in to say "Let me see your ID". There is no customer behind me waiting, there is nothing to rush except SHE wants to rush me & rush my pleasant conversation with her boss/coworker. She could have waited the 20 seconds for us to finish our conversation. She's rude, she's not friendly, & it's obvious this is just how her customer service works. I absolutely WILL NOT go back to this location, she is impatient, rude, & will make you feel like you're bothering them- simply for doing their job & buying products from this location. Thankfully I am not local to Kannapolis so I for sure will never be back to this location- I would rather go or drive anywhere else than be in that nasty woman's energy or presence again. Save your time & money- the customer service here does not deserve the money we work hard for & to spend.
