So I've driven past this place several times but decided today that I would stop in. The place is a lot bigger than I expected. Now im not a smoker or anything but the amount of bongs that are in this place is crazy. When I walked in, there were three employees that greeted me. I immediately asked about my arthritic pain and if they had something for it. She explained that she could not prescribe anything since they are not medically trained but did show me some oils and topical creams. She let me sample one cream. So I placed the cream on my knees and gave it some time. The bottle says 10-15 mins but I can tell a difference shortly after that. I will be back to purchase the cream. My knees fell a lot better. My mobility had improved some. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. read more

Great place to go for a variety of glass pipes, really cool design inside, unfortunately a really low selection of flower and low quality. Staff is okay, almost felt like I was forcing them to tend. read more

I just popped in to get Kratom. I asked the guy and he pointed to the wall. We walked over and I asked about one of the kinds. He was facing the wall and only shrugged his shoulders. So I said, what about this brand? He continued to face the wall and shrugged his shoulders again. I said, ok.. well, let me try that one. We walked over to his register, and he asked me for my ID which I did not have on me. I told him I didn't have it on me, and he simply shrugged his shoulders and told me he couldn't sell it to me. I had my ID in my purse in the car but instead of going to get it, I said screw it because the customer service was so bad. I'm never going back there again. I would never ever ever recommend this place after that experience. read more

Buddha's Bazaar - Head Shops Near Me - Gastonia, North Carolina

Was looking for a glass water pipe. This was the place to go! They had a very nice sized selection and the woman (I wish I got her name) was super helpful with showing me things and telling me about their rewards program. She took the glass I was buying and wrapped it better then any shop I have even seen do before! Will definitely be a returning customer. 100 percent recommend! read more

I needed to write a review because I really do appreciate the knowledge and the friendly employees. I am new to the state & was so happy to find Kratom nearby. I am always asking questions ( trying new things) & the employees are patient & honest. The store is clean and they have a variety of products. I highly recommend checking Buddha's out at least once. I have been to other locations and must say this is the BEST location!!! read more

Buddha's Bazaar is a well-stocked, well-staffed smoke shop. I came in looking for an e-cig to help me in my quest to no longer smell like those homeless guys who pick up half-smoked cigarette butts from the sidewalk. The girl who initially helped me was very knowledgeable. She assisted me with picking an entry-level e-cig, an Ego All-In-One, which has served me nearly flawlessly since I got it. She also ran through the various flavors of juice they sell, and I was very happy with the one I settled on after her suggestions. The next time I came in was to pick up some replacement coils, as I wasn't terribly familiar with how often they needed to be swapped out. A different employee gave me some in-depth knowledge about this and also made sure to remind me to soak the wick in the coil with a couple drops of juice and give it a couple minutes to absorb before I used it to avoid any harsh, burning-cotton pulls. Finally, they have a customer rewards program that they require you to give your phone number to sign up for. I was hesitant about doing this since I didn't want to get slammed with texts about promotions and whatever else, but I figured I'd give it a shot. It has been very non-intrusive, with only a single text for their Black Friday specials, and the points rack up rather quickly. I'm happy to continue giving them my business. read more

I'm so glad they've put this smoke shop in my neck of the woods. Not only are they super clean and organized, the staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable. I used to be a regular at another nearby smoke shop but because they rarely had what I needed, most times I'd leave feeling disappointed and empty handed; not anymore! Buddha's has set up shop and saved the day for this self proclaimed hookah junkie! They have just about everything I need, and on top of that have an amazing rewards system that allows me to accumulate points on the purchases I make to use later in the form of discounts on other purchases! Oh and did mention the delicious complimentary cookies? I will definitely be a repeat customer from here on out. read more
