I was in the area and needed an afternoon pick me up. I parked on the street and came to this coffee shop. It's very cute and there is a lot of seating. There was a ton of options on the menu. I asked the person who helped us order a recommendation she said something with caramel. I had mine in ice and my husband had a blended a hallelujah. It's was very busy but they were very well staffed. My coffee was amazing it was perfectly balanced. I as pleasantly surprised how good both coffees were. Visited Kuppa Joy during a recent work trip to Fresno. I didn't notice a parking lot, but was easily able to find street parking. This place is busy! And rightly so! There were a ton of both indoor and outdoor seating but I'd make sure to come early if you want to sit indoors. The staff were super friendly and took the time to have a short conversation with me. I got an avocado toast and a hot Amazing Grace (white chocolate and lavender flavored latte). The avocado toast was pretty average and the avocado was fresh. The drink though was chef's kiss! It wasn't too sweet and I could still taste the lavender flavor. Just a caveat that they seem to be a religious based coffee shop as seen by the name of the drinks. I don't think it's super in your face though. I plan to visit again when I'm in the area and have a bit of time. Definitely worth trying. read more

Always has been a favorite coffee spot in Clovis! This location especially just has a warm, inviting feeling to it. Indoor and outdoor seating available, inside can get pretty noisy so I aways tend to gravitate towards the patio seating in the back. Outside they have table and chair options as well as comfy couches, easy for bigger or smaller meetings. Coffee has always been tasty and consistent. They have some good food items as well! Today I tried the breakfast sandwich but honestly it wasn't my favorite...bagels and avocado toast are my favs, I'll probably just stick to those in the future. Great little coffee shop in Old Town Clovis. Had a nice Latte, almond pastry and breakfast sandwich. The coffee was well made and quit good, the pastry was pretty good. I was hoping for a bit more with the breakfast sandwich, maybe needed some arugula or avocado spread or a spicier sauce, was just mediocre. The coffee is delicious and just the right amount of sweetness (I'm one who enjoys coffee on the sweeter side). I got an iced hallelujah and it kind was a treat yo self kind of coffee. You can taste the high quality cup of coffee. Sometimes with lattes, some cafes put too much milk in their lattes but it was the right amount of milk that it wasn't an overpowering milk taste. Next time I want to try an iced Kuppa Joy. In regards to COVID, they do not require masks inside the cafe. Great place, I ordered the Amazing Grace: White Chocolate, White Lavender and Cold Brew, which was really good. The only issue is that it's too popular. I came on a Thursday around 10am, and all the tables were occupied. Luckily there was a spot left at a large shared table in the back. It's not the quietest space, and there definitely was some back and forth from different tables so I think there are a lot of regulars that come here. It's just the vibe of the place always gets me in a good mood. My drink is the "golden joy," it's the "kuppa joy" but they add caramel. I typically get the almond croissant, if they have it, but honestly all of their pastries are delicious. It's a Christian shop so it's closed on Sundays. I have been to all of the locations Kuppa has and this is by far my favorite I have been coming since 2015 and it always continues to suprise me how good this place is from its beautiful decor to the wonderful outdoor seating to the kind employees. Even since moving out of Clovis, I still make the drive back to this location, even when I lived out of state because of how great this location is .I've never left a review all these years until today I came in after my parents funeral having one of the worst days Of my life and the employees were so kind made me a perfect drink and also shared some very kind words to help me get through this hard day. Kuppa Joy is my favorite coffee shop in Fresno. Not only are the baristas friendly and welcoming, their coffee is consistently good and the food is amazing! I am obsessed with their chicken artichoke panini, but I also really like their breakfast burritos and pastry selection. My son just got their gluten free blueberry muffin it was delicious and we couldn't tell it was gluten free.
