Im leaving a 3 star review just because the young girl that took my order was not friendly and was not helpful. Their customer service needs improvement. I order a black tea with limón. My drink was basic and ok. I'm not coming back to this place.

Thai Milk Tea, Taro Slush, Winter Melon Green Tea & Oreo?

Delicious boba. Lots of seating inside & parking outside. Wintermelon milk green tea is always a classic. The cookies & cream (I think? Or maybe Oreo?) is delicious as well. Their Thai tea is terrible & same as the grapefruit green tea.

Sometimes a cold drink just makes sense for a cold type of day? I do not think that any of the Kung Fu Tea shops have ever disappointed when it comes to the texture and taste of the boba. There is that nice, sweet taste, in addition to the perfect consistency. This location is a little odd with not as much parking, however, it is conveniently located in an area close to the college. The workers were professional and made the drinks without any delay. I always find it wholesome when restaurants or businesses decorate their building according to the season and/or holidays. Highly recommend ordering on the app for drinks ahead of time so you do not have to wait for the times where it may be a busier day. Also, there are deals so sometimes it is nice to wait until you are in person to see if there are exclusive flavors that are not yet posted on the app.

Best boba place in San Marcos- customizable, always updating their menu, fast service.

Headed out with my bounty of Honey milk tea with boba and milk cap.

By far my favorite boba in San Diego county. The honey boba is pure perfection. I love the milk cap to add to my oolong milk tea and it makes a perfect drink. The location is conveniently off the 78 and tucked in a big shopping area. I never have issues parking either. The staff is friendly and the pacing of orders is quick. Overall a perfect boba stop.

Walked in and was the only customer, the cashier greeted me right away and was very attentive. I had questions regarding some drinks on the menu and they patiently explained everything to me. I appreciate the great customer service! I ordered the Oreo wow with boba and it was amazing! I had to hold myself back from finishing it in one gulp. I will definitely be back!

Taro milk tea and matcha cream mango on the sideeee yum

Accessibility: there is only one or two disabled parking spots across from the side of the building, then you have to cross the road (which could be dangerous as this is a very busy area) to get onto the ramp up to the building. The rest of the parking is also extremely limited; I wish they had more parking. They do have seating inside and outside with wheelchair accessible tables and moveable chairs. It is very well lit inside at night. The parking lot does have some light at night, but not a ton. Experience: they weren't super busy on a Thursday night which was great for me! Upon walking inside it was super cute and the girl working behind the counter was very kind and welcoming! I order a large Rosehip Lemonade with aloe in it, and my girlfriend ordered a latte and a tea. My large Rosehip Lemonade only cost a little over six dollars, and my girlfriend's two drinks were just over ten dollars! How incredible! The teas we got were both very sweet but very good. I will definitely be coming back!

I've had kung fu tea in the past but this was probably the worst drink they've ever made. It has an after taste of tap water or watered down yakult. We asked for "less ice", but there was no ice at all and the drink wasn't cold. On top of that, the boba was hard and tasted old. Otherwise, the staff was really friendly and the location itself was nice and clean. No hate on the employees, but I was pretty disappointed considering how simple my drink was.

The boba pearls were extremely firm in the middle and it truly upset my stomach. I ordered an Oreo Slush with boba (medium), and most of the slush part was good. For some reason, the top crumbly layer of said drink just didn't settle nicely well with me. Service was friendly otherwise.

I've had a recent craving for boba. Let me tell you how excited I was to find out that this yummy boba place was not too far from my home. The fact that I didn't have to drive down to Kearny Mesa for proper boba was so exciting. The staff here is so friendly and helpful when deciding what kind of drink to get from their extensive menu. I've visited twice since I discovered them two weeks ago. The honey tea I ordered on my last trip was so delicious! I love that you can adjust the sweetness level as well as the ice amounts. Everyone else I ordered drinks for loved them as well. Come check them out if you haven't already!

I'm glad San Marcos is slowly opening up more boba shops! I came here on 12/26/20 around 5 pm after playing some intense basketball...well deserved, I should say. Kung Fu tea is a relatively solid chain, sometimes hit or miss for their random drinks. Parking: a fairly small parking lot near the residential areas. Not too busy, but once the shops fill up, it may be a bit more challenging. We ordered: 1. Kung fu milk tea with boba (L: $4.35 + $0.50 for boba) 2. Oolong tea (L: $4.35 + $0.50 for boba) 3. Passionfruit green tea with boba (L: $4.85 + $0.50 for boba) +1 Boba is pretty solid +/-1 They wrote that it was creamer..which I'm fine with. But something tastes kinda off? Wonder if they switched creamer providers. It leaves this extremely weird and artificial sweet flavor on my tongue which I don't like Overall, the service pretty good/fast, and the space was clean. I can see myself coming here more often when visiting San Marcos.

Store was still taking orders online when they were closed due to a power outage. No one was there, but still taking orders online.

The taro bingsoo was super light and fluffy. Not overly sweet, which I actually appreciated. It's definitely a good shareable dessert, especially if you want something refreshing instead of heavy. The taro with creme brulee was the standout for me though. The layers were really pretty, and once mixed, it had that creamy taro flavor with a slight caramelized richness from the brûlée topping. It felt a little more elevated than your typical taro milk tea.

I asked why what was being offered didn't match what was advertised on the menu. The employee looked at me like I was the one speaking nonsense, then hit me with a shrug and, "I don't make the rules." Cool. You may not make the rules, but someone sure made this menu--and apparently nobody bothers to make sure it matches reality. If your customers need a decoder ring to figure out what's actually available versus what's printed, that's not a customer problem. That's a business problem. Do better. Or at the very least, update the menu so it stops catfishing people. Seriously... WTF."

When I walked in, the kiosks weren't working, so ! waited at the front for someone to take my order. Instead, all I could hear was an older lady loudly screaming at one of the employees. It was loud enough that I could hear everything from the front counter, and it honestly gave me secondhand embarrassment. The employee was being embarrassed in front of everyone in the store, which made for a really uncomfortable atmosphere. Because of the confusion, I ended up ordering through their website instead. Unfortunately, the drink was disappointing. They added a huge scoop of strawberry syrup that completely overpowered the drink. I went there to try Matcha Maiko's matcha, not a cup full of strawberry syrup. On top of that, the syrup wasn't even mixed in properly, so l kept getting mouthfuls of syrup at the bottom I was really looking forward to trying this place, but between the uncomfortable experience in the store and the poorly made drink, it wasn't the experience I had hoped for.
