My husband and I had boba here recently and it was so good. I'm sad we don't live here (we were on…read morea road trip) because they have so many options, including plenty of caffeine free options, which is great for me. Naturally, you can choose your sweetness level. I had the mango milk tea with lychee popping boba and my husband had the taro milk tea with regular boba! If we come by this way again we will definitely have this again! Awesome customer service! Very friendly owners!

It felt like I left West Virginia and stepped right back into the Philippines! The cashier was also very patient, answering all of our questions about the milk teas, toppings, and yogurt drinks. After scanning the menu one more time, we ordered three drinks: * Mango Milk Tea with boba pearls (50% sugar) * Brown Sugar Milk Tea with boba pearls (75% sugar) * Taro Milk Tea with boba pearls instead of coconut jelly/nata de coco (25% sugar) My daughter loved her mango drink -- perfectly sweetened to her taste and full of real mango chunks. My sons enjoyed the brown sugar milk tea, which reminded them of taho (a Filipino comfort food made of soft tofu, brown sugar syrup, and pearls) because of the syrup that coated the cup. I had the taro milk tea at 25% sugar, and let me just say... it was slurpy-licious! Next time, I'm definitely going to try a drink with ube (purple yam) and of course the Halo-Halo -- the ultimate Filipino shaved ice dessert layered with sweet ingredients which needs to be "mix mix" (halo-halo) before enjoying. Who would have thought red beans can be in a dessert?!?! It's a must try for sure! We'll definitely be back to Shake Your Boba -- simply decorated yet very clean. What makes it even more special is that it's Filipino-owned. Remember the older gentleman who greeted us? He turned out to be the father/father-in-law of the owners. Such a genuinely kind man -- we had a nice chat with him while waiting for our drinks.

Honestly if you haven't ate here before it can be a bit overwhelming. They have different types of…read morefood spread out across several stations. You are sticking weaving back and forth between tv screens trying to figure out what they offer and it's kind of difficult. However once you figure out what they have to offer you'll see that there's something for probably everyone. They have hibachi, traditional Chinese, some type of pita thing, sushi, Ice cream and smoothies. On this particular visit I decided I wanted to have some of their traditional Chinese food from their buffet type area. But on arrival I found that what they had was dried up and didn't look good at all. It didn't appear they were interested in adding anything to the bar so I decided to go with the hibachi like usual. The hibachi is standard hibachi fare with meat, rice and vegetables. My star deduction comes from the fact they don't offer temp choices for the steak. You only get it well done and honestly it's not the greatest. However the chicken always makes up for it, they add some sort of garlic butter sauce to it that elevates it from standard grilled chicken. Once you get done eating try a smoothie, the strawberry smoothie is the best I've ever had at any place that sells them.

The staff are great here. The food is amazing and the restaurant is always clean. They make the…read morebest smoothies with popping boba ever. Have met the owner a quite few times and he's so down to earth, works just like the rest of the staff. Also I have food allergies and they are always very careful not to cross contaminate when I order and let them know of the allergies.
