Very quick service and pleasant baristas! We ordered two hot food items and two mochas and wow did they come out fast. This was the fastest service I've had at any Starbucks! The store is clean and so are the restrooms. You will need to ask a barista for a code for the restrooms. Seems like a very inclusively welcoming place too. A sign on the front window says braille menus are available and when I visited, there was a list of local resources on the community blackboard. There is a lot of space to enter and get to the counter, though the bathrooms are in a somewhat narrow corner, which could need some maneuvering for a person with limited mobility, especially if the person has a larger mobility device/chair. read more

Stopped in here for some hot chocolate and a snack one evening and the place was popping! Lots of people from nearby stores were stopping in and there seemed to be a lot of students studying. The cashier was super friendly and we ordered quickly. They get a lot of mobile orders because it took about 10 minutes to get our hot chocolates even though there weren't a lot of people waiting, but the team of there people who were making drinks were moving non-stop. There's seating inside and also a lot of tables and chairs outside. Great place to stop for a quick drink or bite to eat if you're downtown. read more

Contrary to all the negative feedback about this Starbucks. It's well managed, has great service, great drinks, and lots of available comfortable seating. I've been here way more than any of the people who have yelp'd reviewed this Starbucks, so I know what I am talking about. Regular since 2016, been in and out weekly almost every other day and sit at this Starbucks for hours on end. So No complaints on my end of the spectrum with this location. The only times it's understandably busy is when events in the square are happening. Yes human errors happen, they happen everywhere when places get busy and this place is no exception. Except that the Baristas really don't make that many mistakes, it's usually the people ordering who forgot to tell them something. And I'm sitting there listening to the whole conversation till they get their drink and realize they wanted something else. XD lol Out of all the Starbucks I have been to in the world, from L.A.s busy streets in California, to Arizona's, Sedona's Scenic landscape. This is by far one of the best Starbucks. Normally I enjoy Starbucks, but when i went I ordered a Grande Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte with almond milk and no whip. It didn't take them long to make it, but when I got it I tasted it and it just didn't have pumpkin flavor whatsoever. It tasted great, but it just tasted like their Iced Blonde Latte. Pretty typical Starbucks but it gets very crowded in the morning although the baristas are friendly and your drinks are prepared very quickly. It's a good place to people watch in Pullman square if you can find seating. read more

Fairly average Starbucks. On the plus side, the employees were friendly and the store is in a great location, with the idea being you walk around downtown shopping and checking out the park, and then hit up Starbucks afterwards (or during.) On the negative side, the building is somewhat small for the size of crowd it attracts. I've been by there multiple times and it is always packed, with all seats filled. You also need to ask the employees for a code to unlock and use the bathroom, which I found somewhat odd, especially as the crowd was definitely not the "Pass out and vomit in the bathroom/homeless" type. read more

I have been going to this Starbucks for years and the past several times I have never been more disappointed. Each time I've gone this year they have gotten my drinks wrong or completely forgot about them. I asked for a drink and they didn't have the key ingredient for it and instead made it what they wanted without even asking I had to question the receipt and then be told they didn't have it and I wasn't even attempted to help find a close drink to the one I wanted. The staff here is amazing. The espresso and coffee here, however, is horrendous, almost undrinkable. The espresso drinks (like the americano, as an example) are super weak, but if you add more espresso, you're punished with an intense bitter acridness that can only be moderately squelched with cream. An americano should be smooth and easier to drink than coffee. Could be the case here as the coffee is also terrible, but wow... so bad. read more

Came here from out of town for a "You are here" state cup... No one seemed to know what they were and they didn't have any. Also had a sign up they were closing at 7pm due to some kind of "construction". Kind of a huge let down after driving 200 miles. Tea was good I guess. read more

Starbucks is my favorite coffee on this planet. However this particular Starbucks not only was bad tasting but was not even the size I ordered. The cup was the right size but was only filled halfway.
