Ended up ordering a shaken iced espresso. A little cream and sweetener. Absolutely delicious! I also went home with a bag of ground coffee (Ethiopia). I tried it this morning in my coffee brewer. City Perk Coffeehouse is a welcome additional to an area that doesn't have many restaurant choices…read more I was thrilled to discovery this locally owned and operated coffee shop on one of our recent visits to to Eastern Kentucky. They offer coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, and macchiatos, with tons of syrup flavors to choose from. They also have a hot chocolate bar with tons of flavors including s'mores, Reese's, and cookies and cream. They offer small treats like cookies, Rice Krispy treats, and cupcakes; as well as sandwiches and sides. The space is is bright and perky, featuring local art on their walls. If you're in the area and looking for a coffee, breakfast, or lunch stop I think City Perk Coffeehouse is a great spot to check out!
