He was on time. He was receptive and listened to me and my concerns. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a psychiatrist

Dr. Kunam is a very good doctor in his field. I'm always relaxed and am able to communicate with him easily. I feel more relaxed in general.

When no appts are available for Days or weeks the only option is the ER and who wants to go sit in an ER for hours due to a possible strep throat. The "affiliates" can't get your medical history and optum staff can't access the doctors notes. Calling the nurses on call is useless as they can never help due to how Optum runs their business.

Due to complications -- my baby measuring in the 1st percentile -- I was advised that all imaging and high-risk care would be handled through Dr. Brar's office. From early on, I was repeatedly told they were convinced the issue had to be genetic. We went through more in-depth NIPT testing, and everything came back normal, yet that assumption never seemed to shift or be further investigated. Starting in January 2026, I was seen weekly at Dr. Brar's office. During this time, I rarely saw Dr. Sadjadi and trusted that between both offices, my care was being properly managed. Looking back, that trust feels incredibly misplaced. Despite being seen every single week for a high-risk pregnancy, not once was my blood pressure checked. I was later diagnosed with preeclampsia, with blood pressure reaching 158/102 -- a serious and dangerous condition that should have been caught much earlier with routine monitoring. Instead, it was missed entirely. This ultimately led to an emergency induction and the devastating loss of my baby at 26 weeks. There are no words to fully describe the pain of that loss. What makes it even harder is knowing that something as basic and standard as checking blood pressure -- a fundamental part of prenatal care, especially in high-risk cases -- was completely overlooked during consistent, weekly visits. Follow up with Sadjadi regarding this care left me feeling dismissed and unheard - she would simply tell me "oh honey don't stress" and never addressed my concerns. I feel deeply let down by both Dr. Brar's office and Dr. Sadjadi at Optum. The lack of attention, oversight, and accountability during such a critical time in my life is something I will carry with me forever. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend their care to others.

Dr. Greggory Jones has been my Primary Care Physician for years - over a decade and a half; as well…read moreas that of my wife, mother, and aunt. This is one of the few times in a Yelp where I am at a loss for things to say, because I have so many *good* things to say about him. Granted - no man is a superman. Even doctors have their limits as to what they can do for their patients - but what Dr. Jones IS... is patient, easygoing and insightful; as well as competent in his knowledge and advice. He even has a dry sense of humor that kind of comes out and at you out of left field at the most surprising times. What he's NEVER been in the time he's been my doctor, is pushy or over insistent on a particular test or procedure or point of view. He's always stated his hunches... his suspicions..and his medical opinions to me and my family as if we were human beings with a brain. We've never felt talked down to or patronized in any way, shape or form. Something the wife and I really like is that we've never felt rushed in his office. When either one of us, or both, are there - we are his sole focus. He's attentive and helps us to feel like we are all partners in our health care. If he doesn't know something - he's not afraid to say so, and to find out more information to discuss during a later visit - or to give a referral to another Doctor, specialist or other resource where we can find more answers. He works out of Beaver Advantage in Redlands, tucked away in a nice little residential neighborhood. The place has a cozy but friendly feel to it, and the staff is always friendly. Granted - sometimes you have to wait, but such is the lot of those of us in managed care; and besides - the office and waiting rooms are comfy. My only minor complaint is that sometimes his own staff can be a bit "bubble headed" when it comes to keeping some of the necessary forms on file (aka I've had to fill out the HIPA form to allow my wife access to my medical records probably around three times now) - but it's certainly not enough to remove s star. If you get a chance - do try to choose Dr. Jones as one of your primary care physicians - he honestly seems to care; and unfortunately, that kind of thing is becoming more and more rare these days. Oh - as an interesting side note.. He kinda has a passing resemblance to the actor.. Hugo Weaving. Whenever he walks into the room I expect him to go... "Greetings... Mr. Anderson... Its time for your exam...".

Then I spoke to a nurse who said she could schedule me but I needed to register first. Was passed to the registration department and guided through that process. Then, was passed back to the scheduler who said that he isn't accepting new patients. When I asked why I needed to register as a new patient in order to find out that he isn't accepting new patients, they didn't have a good answer. Just makes me wonder how good they are at handling other administrative processes that could be more life threatening like lab results and other paperwork.

During the call, she repeatedly asked for my name and basic information multiple times, even after I answered several times clearly. The conversation became very confusing, and instead of handling it professionally, she repeatedly said "oh my gosh," laughed during the call, and spoke to me in a rude tone. When she mentioned that my information was not on file, I explained that I was calling because I was a new patient. She responded by saying, "Well, you should've said that before." At that point, I expressed that I felt she was being rude and unprofessional and simply asked for the referral doctor's phone number instead. She then hung up on me. It's unfortunate that someone seeking medical help would be treated this way. Patients should be treated with patience, professionalism, and respect, especially during their first interaction with a medical office. Hanging up on a patient and making them feel mocked or dismissed is unacceptable.
