There is almost never a wait at the register, even when they are swamped. The employees still always are friendly and pleasant even when they are really busy. I have never had a problem getting what I need and getting back on the road because of poor service. Top notch staff and always clean bathrooms and the store is always well organized and stocked.

The days pass you as put in the windshield time. One must be enthusiastic and engaged. Why not learn a little. "Kum and Go!" What is this . No gutter thinking here. So this chain was originally Hampton Oil Company in 1959. The co-founders: William A Krause and Tony S Gentle are the "K" and "G" for the stores inception. In 1975 the company adopted the "Kum And Go," as a single brand name and stop . Now fast forward to those that have a lot of laughs and sense of humor. Individuals that want to spread awareness with laughter, Johnny Knoxville made this statement with wearing a "Kum and Go" tee shirt and it grew to popularity. The store offers a wide variety of products such as coffee and cold drinks. Have that coffee anyway you want and it's actually pretty good. After that long trip in the car, an individual needs to get out of the ride and walk around. The space here is at the store is warm and welcoming. You can sit and relax and talk amongst the crowd that you brought with you. Outside if it's not too warm you can enjoy sitting on the patio . Do you feel the warmth as the caffeine increases your heart rate and love begins to rise and hope sets back in. The wild world blooms and now you begin the day with the process of "coffee" begins. Remember to be careful and take joy in life as you travel around the globe and discover new ways to live. The gas is inexpensive here. The store offers cleaner than normal conditions . On June. 6th 2024, I went to the Kum and Go on Jordan Creek Parkway and…read morebought $17 worth of goods on my credit card. 10 minutes later my banking app notified me of a $47 charge from Kum and Go. I immediately went back in & the employees explained that it was likely "A hold over" from another customer. Which to my understanding means that I paid for the customer who was in front of me in addition to my own items. This is interesting because I remember seeing the $17 total when I swiped my card. After getting the receipt from them (pictured below), I noticed that my items were at the top of the receipt, meaning that they were entered first. Not sure how their system works, but it felt very fishy. If I paid for another customers items, where did that customers cash go when they also paid for their items? To add to the frustration, the employees were not able to reverse the transaction or refund my money, so I had to come back the next day and address it with the manager to get my refund. ALWAYS ASK FOR THE RECEIPT AND VERIFY ACCURACY.

There weren't a ton of folks there, so I got in and out no problem. It was well let and well kept on the outside. (I didn't venture in.) Pricing was obviously on par. Location is super convenient just off Jordan Creek Pkwy and by the on ramp of I235. Overall, I Came & Went at this Kum & Go. Ha, get it.
