The power doors and Windows didn't work and the car wouldn't start at all. I called 5 different towing companies at around 4:30 pm on a Saturday. One of them didn't answer the phone. I told each of the other 4 where I was and where I wanted the car towed about 5 miles away. I got estimates of $95 to over $150. I also asked how long it would take for them to get to me. Capital City Towing told me I would be 4th on their wait list and it would be about 3 hours before they could get to me. When I called P&M Towing, not only were they the least expensive but they also gave me the quickest response time. They said they could be to my car within 40 minutes, and they were accurate with that estimate. It was starting to get dark and cold by the time they arrived so I was really happy to see them. The guy handled picking up my car extremely professionally and efficiently. I rode in the truck to the shop. The truck was extremely clean (and warm!). The driver was friendly and cleanly dressed. He accepted my card for payment. I was extremely pleased with the service and would not hesitate to call them again. 10/10.

I don't like writing negative reviews, especially because I chose this shop based on a friend's…read morerecommendation. I brought my BMW X5 in to replace a leaking windshield washer pump. They gave me a reasonably priced estimate, so I decided to have the work done there. I left my car at the shop and expected the repair to take at least three hours. Instead, they called me after about two hours and said the job was finished. When I arrived to inspect the vehicle, I immediately noticed that the fender had not been properly aligned after it was reinstalled. When I pointed this out, they began loosening and adjusting the fender outside in the parking lot instead of correcting it properly in the shop. I also discovered that not all of the plastic clips that had been removed during the repair were reinstalled. Leaving out fasteners is unacceptable and raises concerns about the quality of the workmanship. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations. This was my first visit to this shop, and it will also be my last.
