The food is good and the service is good. Every time I visit I stop and get the enchiladas but beware the bottomless chips and salsa will fill you up! There is not a lot of places in Muleshoe to eat so I decided to stop here and take a break and give it a try. That ended up being the best decision I made all week. I had the Guisado Verde and it was the best that I have had in years. The salsa was excellent had a nice kick to it. They even had home made desserts and I got a pack of cookies that were very tasty as well. The place was clean with excellent service. Sometimes when you go to an authentic Mexican restaurant you never know what your going to get or if this old redneck is going to be welcomed but they made me feel that was welcome and was happy to explain things to me when I didn't know what something was. Well done. Don't sleep on this place Muleshoe, you got a good one!

Nicely decorated and spacious restaurant with plenty of tables and booths. The food was a little disappointment. My pastor tacos were dry and difficult to eat my experience with Pastor tacos in the past has been very juicy and full of flavor that was not the case today at this restaurant. My dining companion had an enchilada plate and said it was average and not much flavor Super friendly folks and average food. I visited with a friend who lives in Clovis and he raved about the food, so I may have just made a poor selection. He raved about the.Bierra de Chivo and the torta ahogada - so I may have to come back next time I'm in the area and try those dishes because there are so many favorable reviews.

She was so chipper and welcoming! Just sweet as could be. First off the chips and salsa. I mean other worldly! How did they get them so thin and crispy. The salsa a perfect spice not too much. Fresh! Ordered the combination plate. Again was expecting over the top spice since I am in NM. The green sauce was medium spicy, almost not spicy enough for me, not very thick you could taste the broth. The red was good too! Barbacoa very flavorful. Beans and rice like my tia used to make! I am a stickler for grefried beans! Authentic! Plenty of food! Basic tables, the mural on the wall just adds to the authenticity of the food! Plus the locals come so you know it is good.
