They were out of bagels and Taylor ham, which we completely understood, and we had no issue ordering alternatives. Unfortunately, the service experience did not match the quality of Americano itself. The staff member who assisted us, Saya, came across noticeably less welcoming and accommodating toward our group compared to other guests around us. All three of us left feeling uncomfortable due to the way we were treated throughout our visit. That said, the ambiance was absolutely beautiful, and the space itself has so much potential for a great dining or coffee experience. If the customer service was at the same level of care as the atmosphere and coffee, this easily could have been a place we'd return to regularly and recommend to friends.
