Being followed down the road and confronted about not leaving a tip, along with being told not to return when you are working, was upsetting and unexpected. I want to be clear that tipping decisions are personal. While I understand that you work for tips and that this can be stressful, a guest's financial choices are not their responsibility to justify. My husband and I chose to dine at The Well because it has become our home away from home while we are in town, and we take pride in treating both the establishment and its staff with respect. Over the past two years, we have consistently tipped well, from Ryan, whom we met early on around 2 years ago, to Madison, who was brand new hire as of last week. On this particular visit, however, we felt like an inconvenience to you rather than welcomed guests. We also noticed discrepancies on the bill, including two identical drinks charged at different prices, and charges for standard burger condiments such as mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup, which we did not request as extras. These factors influenced our decision that evening. I do empathize with the challenges of working in a tip-based position, and my intention is not to diminish that. However, confronting customers in this manner is not appropriate and places everyone in an uncomfortable position. We value The Well and the people who work there, which is why I felt it was important to address this directly to you. I hope this can be taken in the spirit intended and that future interactions are more positive.

The hot sake was decent and what you would expect, it was served in a cute tea pot. I loved my ginger chicken. The mushrooms in the dish were excellent, super big pieces and juicy. Anyways , here's how it went : The vibes in this place are simply AWESOME from the moment you walk in the door . They have festive and colored lights everywhere and a cozy atmosphere. We sat at the bar and right the way lovely Ray was very helpful , professional and knowledgeable of the menu . We had beef and shrimp Pad Thai and chicken pineapple rice . We drank beer and Blue Hawaiian. Played darks and got to chat with Ray , whom is a total blast to hangout with . We definitely recommend this place if you're looking for great food and a great vibe . Dead on a Friday night…read more From what I hear is that pre-covid this was the live music rocking bar to be at. Well, visited a couple of weeks ago and Friday night at 11pm and the place was dead. It's a dive bar, with dive decor, and serves hard drinks. Tough to judge due to the place being a dead zone. The thing is the clientele and staff weren't very friendly so I don't have much to work with when forming an opinion. Maybe it's better, but I don't know. 2 stars, if we're ever in the area again, maybe we'll check it out again. Thanks

Basically, you order at a bar and you bring it over to a table. The food menu is quite limited. I posted a menu picture. We ordered beer and wine, two hamburgers and a Turkey BLT with fries. The Tavern is known for their hamburgers. Food is just fair. My turkey BLT was okay. Fries could've been much better. I had a taste of the burger. It was pretty good. Only after we ate, a server did come by for drink orders. The Tavern has a very nice outdoor garden seating area for the warmer weather. Basically, I think this place is just best to stop in for a few drinks. A small, very tight parking lot is available. In addition, street parking is available but be prepared to walk a distance.
