My father was treated by Dr. A.J Nguyen several times, and unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing. Despite having a history of high blood pressure and even a minor stroke noted in his records, the doctor did not take his condition seriously. Instead of addressing the underlying issues or referring him for proper care, the focus seemed to be more on promoting a membership program than on my father's health. My dad was sent home with more blood pressure medication but no real plan for managing his condition, which sadly resulted in him suffering a stroke shortly afterward. We trusted this doctor to provide attentive, thorough care, but that trust was misplaced. I had an appointment at 12:40 waited in the waiting area for 20 minutes just for front desk to tell me they didn't know what time they could see me because the rooms were filled. What is the point of an appointment if there's nothing not gonna be a room available. They have signs in the waiting area, saying if you wait more than 10 minutes to let them know, but there's no point of telling them anything if they are just gonna tell you, they don't know anything read more

This is truly a one stop shop for all your medical needs: dental, vision and primary care. However, I've only used their dental services. I have been coming to Dr. Nguyen for my dental needs since his office was in a house in Carrollton. This was before they offered vision and health services. When you drive up to the clinic, there is a sign that says call to be let in. Then someone will meet you at the door to take your temperature before letting you in. My teeth cleaning is usually done within 15-20 min of sitting in the dentist chair (longer if I need to take X-rays). No need time for small talk, the goal is to clean your teeth and get you on your way. Definitely no-nonsense here. Lol! They are open 7 days a week with convenient hours. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend you check this place out if you are searching for a new GP, dentist or optometrist. read more

Very pleasant experiences at this location. Needed a TB for a new job. Was able to get in quickly and received the results after 5 days. Then I went in for an eye exam. Was again able to get a quick appointment. Prescription seems to be right on. I'll be going back for hormone testing and whenever I can't get in to my regular doctor. This team really nails customer service. Let's face it, most of us honestly do not look forward to going to the Doctors office. Kudo Care Center has changed that for me... Every visit from start to finish has been great. The people that they have assembled are amazing. Dr. AJ Nguyen and Dr. Allison Nguyen actually take the time to talk to you. I never feel rushed or uncomfortable. They invite you to ask questions.Dr. Allison even took the time to print out some stretches that I could do to warm up my lower back muscles. Two weeks ago I called to make an appointment for my 4 children (I received a letter from the school where my 4-year-old son goes, in the letter it said that I had to take him as soon as possible to have an eye exam) at the dr They told me that they could attend my children on March 2, for insurance reasons and I accepted, on February 28 they called me to confirm my appointment for March 1, I told them that they gave me the appointment on March 2 and the person who called me told me to apologize that she did not understand who had moved the appointments but that everything is fine, to confirm the appointments for March 2, and I told her "yes, confirm them for Thursday at 9 :30am" and she very kindly told me "see you here on Thursday, March 2 at 9:30am"At the last minute, I received a call on March 1 at 2:30 p.m. to tell me that they could not accept my children and they had to move for another day, I very upset told her that this was impossible because I had already notified my work and also in the children's schools (one of them would have activities and costumes, I did not prepare anything for my son because he was supposed to be at his appointment) I told the person what was the reason for the cancellation and she only told me that the insurance was taking time to send some papers (why did he call me on February 28 to confirm the appointments?) I told her that they did not have the right to play with my time or with the time of my children, yes If I cancel or decide not to go, they charge a $20 fine, but they can do what they want with my time? If you care about your child's health, look for another clinic! read more

All of the doctors there are amazing very knowledgeable and very understanding. He assistants are always working so hard and I appreciate their hard work in keeping this place clean, quiet and comfortable. Kudo Care has by far been my best experience with a doctor's office in my entire adult life. I have never been there longer than an hour and a half from the time I walked in the door, even when I just walked in without an appointment. I have been a patient there for about the last 3 years, and have probably been there for 20 visits in that time. Dr.AJ, and his nurse practitioners, and his entire staff are really amazing. They are open seven days a week, and the treatment that I have received there has been so good, that I would never consider going anywhere else. Dr.Nguyen has been my doctor for the past 7 years. Every time I go in I'm seen within 20 mins and his nurses are very friendly. He always takes the time to talk to me and is not judgmental. He helped me to overcome a high cholesterol problem with a combination of drugs, more exercise and watching what I eat. Go talk to him if you have health issues. read more

I was searching for a primary doctor and stumbled on to Kudo and gave them a call. Their customer service was superb so I told myself let me try this doctors office since for me it starts with the person who answers the phone. If they would have been ride on the call I would have hung up and not done business. So I got an appointment made immediately and was seen and all the staff were terrific! Doctors were caring and helpful and listened to everything and everyone kept a smile on their faces. I have been there a couple of times since and always get the same VIP treatment! I go way out the way to see them its well worth it! I will always keep them as my primary care provider for as long as they are in business. They are very caring and treat you like family! read more

If you want to get a covid19 rapid test with insurance, they tell you you have to become a patient with the Dr.! Surely to invoice a lot more than necessary to the insurance company. And they do not tell you this before setting up an appointment. All these medical institutions want is more money, making money off of a pandemic is just plain wrong people! read more

The only thing I liked was that they were able to get me in that same day and get back test results fast. However, I typically know my body takes a while to adjust to cough syrup or steroid pills that's why I asked for the shot instead it works so much quicker. I was willing to pay extra as well and really needed to feel better as I need to move out soon and get a new job. The lady told basically no and if the syrup and pills don't work I can just come back. Like It's such a waste a time and I'll have to pay a co pay again and medicine was 45 dollars on top of that and THEY DIDNT WORK. A week and a half later I still have a slight cough and runny nose, I know my body. I told them my ears felt weird like itchy and plugged and they didn't even check my ears to see if I had an infection. So I just had plugged ears for a couple days, so fun!!! She was so worried about what we would do when my COVID test came back positive. I had to ask her what I would get when I came back negative because I DIDNT HAVE COVID. Which yeah I didn't have it. But here I am a week and half later still not feeling my best even after paying all that $. read more
