I will say the ER department could use some help, nicer & more professional people but still good. But TODAY I unfortunately had a stillbirth & they still treated me the same as any other new mom. Once I was moved to L&D you'd think you were at an entirely different facility. I can definitely say they cherish & respect all mothers here in my eyes. Specifically this amazing & beautiful young lady named Jasiah. (maybe spelled it wrong sorry boo) she made this unfortunate experience so much easier for me it literally brought tears to my eyes because you hardly find people in the world like her nowdays. She was sweet, smart, encouraging, understanding & knowledgeable. Catered to me almost like her first child. I cried to her, she helped me walk when the other nurses just stared at me as if I'm being dramatic, she made sure I still had a piece of my heart to take home with me since I couldn't bring the life itself. I just wanna say thank you from the bottom of my heart i probably wouldn't be in a positive state of mind if it wasn't for her.

It is truly impossible to overstate the excellent level of care I received while I was admitted here. The nursing & tech staff were second to none, and always, always were available for assistance when needed. I had to have a painful procedure done more than once, and a kind nurse held my hand during the painful moments. The doctors were compassionate and willing to stay and help a layperson like me understand the issues I faced and what I needed to do to get better. Heck, even the food was amazing; really! I was in for over two weeks, and never had a single bad meal. I've been blessed by the care I've received here a thousandfold. I hope I never get sick enough to need a hospital again, but if I do need to be hospitalized , this is the place I'll tell them to bring me. Thank you, Baylor in Irving! I still have yet to receive my bill, but I am glad for the care I received while I was here.

I came to him in February 2026 for a claims exam and was blown away by his office manner. In the past, I have left exams thinking that it went surprisingly well only to find out later that it was all an act. See my previous review for this establishment for reference. Dr. Khromachou was friendly and relatable, putting me at ease with steady conversation and humor. It seemed too smooth. But then he got serious and took a surprisingly detailed amount of measurements of my areas of concern, asking relevant and informative questions. He seemed to be taking careful notes. and really listening to my story. I spent quite an amount of time in his office - and this was probably almost the most I have spent in an exam. I left not wanting to get my hopes up, but later I found out his exam came back favorable. When I obtained a copy through the VA, I was blown away by how detailed his exam was. He reported his findings honestly and put a good amount of time into his write-up. He even suggested increases on other conditions that he discovered during his exam. Dr. Khromachou - five stars! An honest doctor with the veterans' well-being in mind. He is a true diamond in the rough and it was a genuine pleasure to be seen by him. It is too bad that the office overall doesn't provide the same level of service, hence my rating.
