TLDR: This place was mediocre at best. After my recent visit seeing the PA after ER visit for drug (they prescribed) induced Akathisia, they are the worst specifically the PA. However, I have never had any issues with wait times, the front desk or the nurse that draws blood. They would get 5 stars from me if I could separate them from my horrible experience with the PA. This place has went down ridiculously. I arrived at my appointment 5 minutes prior and checked in. I was told the wait was 1 hour. My last visit was 1 year ago and the wait was over 1 hour and I was fasting for blood work. Today I was there 2 plus hours and the doctor never came in and no one could give me a time of when I would see the doctor. I will just find a doctor that values my time and can assist with my health. I have had enough of this office! read more

This clinic is so bad and you do not get to see a doctor and they do not treat with attention you deserve. I recently went back to do specifically PSA test and found out it was never tested. They never answer my question why it is not done and said they do not talk to me since I ask this question repeatedly with multiple persons. Dr Valdez is Amazing. Her staff is caring and supportive. High Quality. Patient care is certainly priority. I never felt as if I were livestock with least care possible rushed out the door. Avoid this place like the black plague! They treat their patients like crap! My friend has been in pain for weeks while this doctor was on vacation. She had another doctor covering for her which managed to prescribe a medication that my friend is allergic to. Luckily the pharmacist caught it. But what did the doctor do when she got back in town today... she gave her a hard time and said she was a whiner and complainer and never even apologized for prescribing the wrong medication and then they still have not given her any sort of relief for her pain! This crappy doctor kept her sitting in the waiting room for four hours today!!! This is not how you treat a patient that's been going to you for 20+ years! This is not how you treat any patient!!! read more

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. If I could give them zero stars I would have, the staff here is extremely rude, with no respect for patient's time. The staff is very disrespectful. I was called for follow ups just to discuss my lab results which has already sent on the portal. You are called in for an appointment to be referred for an X-ray at a different clinic, I am pretty sure this could be done over the phone. The wait time here is very long. It's a sheer waste of time. But their sole intention is to add expenses to your insurance with complete disregard to your well being. I regret going here. The front desk personnel are some of the most rude and unprofessional that I have encountered. I schedule my appointments as the first one available in the morning, or the first one after lunch? And still, the wait extends way beyond. When you are finally taken to the exam room, you experience another long wait. The patient's time is not considered at all. I showed up for my previous appointment only to be told that it had been cancelled. I didn't cancel!!! I will be looking for another practice. read more

Waiting time to see a nurse practitioner not even a doctor is, is extremely long. I sat on the waiting room for one hour only to be escorted into the patient's room for another hour. I can't say I've had much success here. I was recommended to see Dr. Garcia here, but instead, they assigned me Dr. Romanelli when I showed up (a woman). You don't get a choice. I've been here several times now, and it's a nice enough place, but gone are the days when you and your doctor worked together to fix your health issues. I've had blood drawn, checkups, etc, and it's all fine and good. I recommend getting your bloodwork done because it's very interesting; all the metrics they can provide you with really help give you something to look at and compare 6 months or a year later. I don't have any major health issues, just the usual getting older stuff. Trouble sleeping, etc. But doctors today - they don't work with you - they just want to assign you medications to fix that one line item in red on your sheet. I could do that myself if you gave me that sheet and google. I'm still not sleeping well. And many times they've asked me questions about things I should have done, and not followed through with them. Or they ask a million questions, and act as though they are listening but really, they just want you out of the way, prescription in hand. They are nice enough here, but it's not quite what I'm looking for. read more

I've been going to Your Clinic for 14 years...The reason people have to wait so long when they get there, or have trouble getting an appointment is that these are very good doctors! They've had a few growing pains because so many people love Dr. Romanelli, et al... that they all refer their family and friends. Not many other Doctors offices have all female doctors and nurse practitioners, and everyone is bilingual in this office! They have a very solid system once you learn how to navigate it. Use the voice mail system for the medical assistants when you need something. They are very competent and effective. Today's medical world is run by insurance companies. That may be part of the reason some people are frustrated. Believe me, the physicians are frustrated with insurance companies practicing medicine over their heads, and they must struggle to treat their patients as they see medically appropriate while med prices, tests, durable medical equipment, and treatment procedures are sky high or completely denied. This forces the docs to do twice the work to try to get you the help you need. They have to write letters, challenge insurance denials, make doctor to doctor phone hearings...It's ridiculous! So, remember that when you go to a docs office and they and their staff are pleasant, bi-lingual, listen, and try to do everything they can to help you. read more

Dr. Romanelli and staff are all pleasant, welcoming and make you feel comfortable. Over the years it is a bit harder to make an appointment with her but Dr. Parsad is also just as great! read more
