Coco tiernito con limón y Tajín Fresh coconut with lime and tajin ‍
    Judi F.

Was very nice and open to me asking for a certain type of coconut. Had the perfect tender coconut I had been craving with tajin available! Bring your own lime though! It's a little open space one by the rode, drive slowly nearby because the Apple Maps made it out a little further!

Pineapple was very sweet and fresh. The coconut drink was refreshing, though the flesh was smooth but relatively tasteless.

I love coconut water and I try to have some on every trip I take but these coconuts were some of the worst I've ever had. The first coconut was small and it was carbonated and tasted horrible which means it had gone bad! My friend had a second coconut and his was completely lacking any flavor of coconut, it was pure water and not sweet at all. Overall very disappointed and if you want a nice fresh coconut just go down the road for your coconuts, there are other little stalls that will have them.

This is my favorite place to get fresh fruit on the East side of the island. They have the best pineapple I've ever tried! Coconut is super refreshing. I also tried papaya and it was really yummy! Prices as of May: Coconut, pineapple $7 each Papaya, banana $1.75 per lbs Lychee $0.10 per lbs They accept cash (small bills), venmo, cashapp, paypal and zelle payments. No cards.

I am always on the hunt for some GOOD ice cold coconut. This takes the cake. Uncle is real nice & he knows his coconut! He has a cooler full! It is soo refreshing and at a good price, only $3. Some other places are like $5 or $6. The meat is soo tender when you crack it open. Craving this right now!

Parking can get full when it gets busy. As you walk to the back, they were selling fresh coconuts and pineapple juices. There's benches where you can relax or enjoy your surroundings in the lush green forest while chickens and their babies stroll around. Love the peaceful nature. So put this on your list!

Want to buy local? This is where to go!…read more Kualoa Grown is a little grocery store within Kualoa Ranch that's free to access and has its own parking stalls. It's to your left when you drive into Kualoa Ranch. Open from 10am to 5pm daily. As the name says, the products are either from the ranch itself or locally produced. It includes raw beef and pork, shrimp, fish, and fruits and vegetables. Prices are definitely reasonable for buying local. Compared to Whole Foods and Foodland, I'd rather buy local. I got pork belly, ground pork, and Portuguese sausage. So good! Next time I want to try its beef, which they don't have often I was told. Also, grabbed some taro, which was very good! Cashier was super nice. There were a lot of local baked goods at the front too. Wished I didn't live so far. I'd come in for groceries every week!

Going to the country is really relaxing and the drive reminded me of how beautiful Oahu is and how lucky I am to be from such a wonderful place. Kualoa Ranch has done a great job of marketing itself and expanding to include a market, Kualoa Grown, featuring locally grown produce, products. And meats. The market opens at 10a, 7 days a week. While it's not huge per se, I think it's a good enough size and has a decent variety featuring locally produced items. I ended up buying local chocolate, ulu chips, macadamia poi cookies, miso sausages, beautiful choi sum greens, star fruit, li hing dried apple bananas, kulolo (my favorite), cold coffee drinks, and Kualoa ranch branded merchandise. Admittedly I went a little overboard shopping but I am happy to support local. Prices are a bit steep but that seems to be the norm everywhere nowadays. The ladies working in the market were so sweet and helpful. The aloha was alive and well here! Parking is plentiful but it was full of cars. We did circle around a few times but found a spot. My Dad said this adventure to Kualoa Ranch was so fun and did not disappoint. We will be back! I ordered vanilla beans and a vanilla kit at the end of November. A day later I wanted to order a few more kits, so contacted LVC and owner, Saili, let me know that I could pay for them and they would include them in the original order. I received a notification that my original order was mailed out (the first order was the only one noted). I'm not sure why, but the postal person did not deliver them (it was storming on delivery day, unsure if he felt it was too wet to leave for me). I received a notification that it was returned to the post office and I immediately rescheduled delivery. It was labeled as such on the tracking that it was supposed to be redelivered. The redelivery date came and went. Since I was using these for Christmas gifts, I reached out to LVC just to make sure both of my orders were included in the same box since the tracking info only listed the first order products. I thought that maybe if not everything was in there, I could have LVC mail the second order in an effort to get some gifts on time. Saili let me know everything was in the box. Saili also tried to call the post office but they did not answer (thank you Saili for trying!). Just before Christmas I got an email that my delivery was received. I was so excited thinking my box was dropped off. To my surprise, the box was delivered back to LVC! I contacted Saili and asked what my options were. Unfortunately the holidays are so busy I could not make it out to Laie to pick up and that's when the most unexpected thing happened. Saili offered to drop it off at my house. Aloha spirit alive and well! Thank you again Laie Vanilla and Saili! I see other reviews noting a vanilla tour - would love to do this one day. Can't wait to get my vanilla beans marinating!
