From the beginning of our interaction, my dad just asked to make sure if they had coconuts as a joke and she was not pleased. The lady here also decided to choose like the worst coconut for us as if it was on purpose. Not sure how you run a coconut stand and can't tell what coconut is good??Ours was so hard and not enjoyable. She also didn't even fully open it and it's not like there was anyone else waiting -- it was just us and our family. I'd recommend to just keep driving on the highway and get your coconut fix elsewhere. The service here just wasn't great.

It's located on the front yard of a property and has parking available for a few cars. They accept both cash and venmo payments. The coconuts were reasonably priced and had plenty of fresh coconut water. Once you finish the coconut water, they'll cut it open for you so you can enjoy the coconut meat. There are lots of chickens, roosters and geese on the property and they aren't aggressive. It was fun to feed them while we were there.

I immediately ate one star apple when I got home and it was fresh, sweet, juicy, and absolutely delicious. Sundays have all of that plus baked goods and a few beverages on the second floor. Many vendors providing samples so that you can try before you buy. My mom was looking for mixed cut fruits, though there's only one vendor with cut watermelon, every one else has whole fruits, and mainly vegetables at their booths. Ample free parking located out front. I stopped by a few of my favorites, one being Dip Into Paradise that specializes in local made butters, jams, syrups, and all kinds of snacks. They don't have a storefront, so make sure you get all your items from them at the farmers market. Or have them shipped to the comfort of your homes; free shipping anywhere in the U.S. on orders of $100 or more. The uncles running the booth are super kind, knowledgeable with their products and very accommodating. I do wish them all the success on their endeavors. Overall, the market is worth checking out, if you're looking for some snacks, fresh fruits and veggies to hold you through the week!

I was told that there are usually about 7 vendors there. I'm guessing I arrived a little too early. Farmers Markets are definitely different here because of how small they are in comparison to Californian ones. However, there seems to be a lot more of them around and you'll be able to find one every day of the week if you so choose.

Hanalei Taro & Juice Co. is a relatively new company at this air conditioned Farmers Market - just started here about 3 weeks ago.
