No. Just No. If you're going to do Asian inspired food there better be some prominent Asian flavors. This is not Asian cuisine whatsoever and am appalled they call this an Asian inspired kitchen. Panda Express is American Chinese but at least the flavors are reminiscent of Asian fare. This was a complete miss for me. As long as the flavors are good I couldn't care less about presentation, but this place misses both marks. I generally try places twice, however today, I know for sure I won't return.

Love this place! I wish I could give them 10 stars! If I lived/worked closer, I'd eat here ALL THE TIME. Fresh and healthy food. They always have stellar service with affordable prices. I love the dumplings and always order some for the table. The soups are piping hot and full of ingredients (it's not just broth), you could easily make a soup your meal if you wanted. The bowls are perfectly sized for my stomach so I'm full without overeating. The condiment bar is always stocked so you can tailor your meal to your spice preferences. You can't go wrong with the poke, it's fresh and Definitely try the froyo after your meal, it's creamy and ends the meal perfectly with healthy probi

Love love LOOOOOOVE Kuai!!! Such a healthy and affordable restaurant with an awesome selection of menu items! I love how many different soup options they have! My personal favorite is the hot and sour soup, it is PERFECT! Also, I highly recommend the teriyaki chicken. The sauce is OUTSTANDING and probably the best teriyaki sauce that I've ever tried. While you're here, be sure to check out their poke bowls, they are also fabulous! Such a wonderful restaurant!

Got the tuna sushi bowl, the chicken bowl, & edamame Taste of the sushi wasn't bad but the quantity of food is small. Wish they would replace the avocado for seaweed salad instead The chicken bowl had a good amount of chicken (extremely salty though)... overwhelming amount of sauce, it was super coagulated, which also tasted a bit off Overall, had pretty high expectations for this place but way under-delivered. Also, $26 for those 3 items seems a bit steep I would say Ginza Express is still a better spot to go to

This restaurant's name has been popping up all over Yelp recently, so I decided to try it out and was extremely disappointed. I ordered the Ahi Tuna Tower bowl with white rice. The menu says it comes with avocado, bell pepper, rice (of choice), sashimi tuna, and wasabi-crab salad. The wasabi crab salad was imitation crab with Mayo at best. There was no wasabi. Sashimi tuna was extremely fishy and discolored. I asked for white rice and got brown. The Beijing Orange Chicken was a bowl of undercooked white rice, plain chicken and broccoli drowning in some weird sour brown sauce. It smelled like hoisin sauce, but tasted like plum sauce. Lastly, we got an order of edamame. Per the description, it is "steamed edamame drizzled with olive oil and sea salt." It was straight up plain edamame with nothing. It wasn't even salty. To conclude, I was very disappointed with the food. It's definitely "Asian fusion" as they had all types of Asian cuisine from Thai, Chinese, Japanese and Korean. I dislike wasting food, but I couldn't finish "food" they gave us. I cannot stress enough that their 4.5 stars on Yelp is extremely deceiving. I would've preferred to eat at Panda Express. You can get better food at actual Asian establishments that have better pricing and quality.

Great! Amazing service, the guys are awesome and really friendly. Also helpful if you're looking for recommendations. The food was just the right fix. My first time trying the lunch box. Clean balance with the slaw and bouncy dumplings. Very clean on the inside! Highly recommend trying it out or stopping back on by if it's been a little while.

I don't know if this place is a chain restaurant or not but man is it efficient and have a method! This place is put together and impressed me big time. We were greeted by a cashier asking us if this was our first time. Which yes it was our first time, so we got free froyo, free drink and free samples to try! The best part for me was that the menu was labeled with vegan, gluten free options and calories. An important thing for this yelper! The unique was the customer experience and all the options! I felt like I was at a buffet with all great choices to choose from. The worst... well there was nothing with this place, I'll be back!

Visited from Austin, needed quick, healthy, full flavored, real quality meal and very happy we stopped in. I was immediately greeted by the staff and the outside and inside of the restaurant is very modern and new. The menu is very similar to chipotle style pick your bowl, noodle, and salad base. Then you can transition to different types of meat with vegetables and more. The restaurant has most of the standard known flavors suck as Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, etc.. What I like about the restaurant is the tea bar and it's fresh same day tea. Different flavors you can choose for ex: peach, cranberry, pomegranate, and lemon. I noticed a client came in just to buy tea. The toppings bar is a good idea, if you want extra cilantro, onions, lemon wedges, fried onions, fish and soy sauce. The owner of the restaurant even offered us a free sample of his poke bowls. Great indoor and outdoor environment, great food, accommodating staff, and simple.

Stellar customer service! First time here? Out come your cups for a free drink and fro-yo. We were told we could sample anything before ordering, the sauces used in entrees too. Seriously, where else do I get to do that? We were given pieces of tofu and sauce in little cups to sample. That's customer service at another level. The man working at the counter(might be the owner/manager) had some of the best interpersonal skills I have ever seen. Their menu has flavors from across Asia. As a vegetarian, I loved the fact that they had many veggie options and they were all neatly labeled as well. It saves so much time and energy when you have a 'dietary-restrictions friendly' menu. We learnt 'Kuai' means fast in Chinese and true to their name, man, were they quick. Our food was ready at the counter even before we were done paying! Sounds like a good weekday lunch option! I chose the Beijing orange with tofu and my husband got the vegan pho. I tasted the pho broth and while it had a great flavor, I did miss the flavor of traditional 'pho spices' in it. Along with sriracha and hoisin they had many more house made sauces to choose from. A dash of this and that and my husband was happily slurping his pho! My Beijing orange was good but I missed the flavor that comes from some wok action, 3 stars. While everything is made fresh daily, they make their own pho broth too but being a fast kitchen, instead of having a toss on a wok, the dish is assembled directly on the bowl. Their iced teas were amazing. Interesting flavors to choose from and the fro-yo was delicious as well. That might have been the best 'original-tart' froyo i ever had! I totally see myself coming back!

This visit, we hosted family from East Texas who'd been here once before. Starting with delicious Xiao Long Bao soup dumplings and Bucks Spare Ribs, we moved on to Ants Climbing Trees (Ma Yi Shang Shu), a classic Sichuan dish of vermicelli cooked with minced pork, in fermented chili sauce, with garlic and green onions, Salt and Pepper Shrimp, crispy bite-size shrimp tossed with green onion, basil, garlic, and jalapeño, and Sichuan Green Beans, stir-fried with garlic, mushrooms, and minced pork. We opted for one order of white rice and one of fried rice with our entrées. The restaurant is almost always packed if you don't have a reservation, but the vibe is relaxed and casual without being loud. In fact, it's so popular, you may have to wait a bit even with a reservation, since they want you to enjoy your meal vs rushing you out to "turn the table."

I would have let this slide if it happened once. I ordered through Uber Eats, and this is now the second time the fried rice I clearly paid for with both entrees was missing from my order. After the first time, I called to let them know, and the response was dismissive. When it happened again, I called again and got the same lack of concern. At that point, it's not a mistake, it's a pattern. At these prices, basic order accuracy and customer service should be a given. As for the food, it's average at best. It doesn't even reach Panda Express level in terms of consistency or flavor, which makes the pricing even harder to justify. I don't see the value here, and based on repeated issues and the lack of accountability, I wouldn't recommend.
