I left a message with their service on Friday May 15th and requested a call back for Monday morning. No one called me on Monday. I called on Monday, and had to leave a voice message since no one answers phones in that office. I never received a call back Monday. I called again yesterday and left another voice message. I emailed them yesterday and no there was no reply to my email. Miranda in the front office just hung up the phone on me because I was irritated and very disappointed about their non-responsiveness. This is the reason why this office gets negative 10 stars. It doesn't matter how competent the doctors and technicians are, if the front office is incompetent . Instead of hanging up dear Miranda why didn't you get the office manager on the phone? Your solution was to hang up on me. That is not very neighborly of you dear Miranda, nor is it very professional. Shame on everyone in that front office including the Office Manager , James. Whom I will now be emailing , to voice my great displeasure in the operations of this office. I had to have my husband, physically visit the office just a little while ago , to bring all the forms, we needed filled out for my 89 year old mother who has been a patient their for 11 years.. I finally got a call from a lovely woman named Joan, who works at the front desk. She explained to me that she is only in the office on Tuesdays & Thursdays. If you call on any other day they have no other staff member who will answer phone calls, emails, or voice messages. Needless, to say if this is the case, The Manager, James should be transparent and forthcoming and provide full disclosure about staffing issues., instead of using trickery and deception to hide they either are unable , or unwilling ,to hire another administrative assistant for Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Whom does this strategy benefit, as to leading patients to believe they will receive a call back in a timely manner? The answer is No One. This is not how you should be treating long time patients or any patient for that matter. Yelp has a default where you have to pick at least 1 Star. As I said, negative -10 stars for the front office team and the office manager. I will post a follow review as needed. I wish you all a very beautiful and peaceful day!

I mean it is BEYOND DISGUSTING!! I don't understand why they don't have a cleaning company come and clean up the mess. During COVID, I felt it was unsafe for my mom to continue going to such a disastrous environment where germs and bacteria have a reservoir to multiply and replicate. Not going back unfortunately. For example, the staff is told by management to give preferential treatment to patients that speak the same eastern European language as the management. I have waited many times, despite getting there prior to my appointment time, for patients that are acquaintances to a staff member, arrived prior to me but with no appointment, that arrived before me with a later appointment or had an "emergency." my therapist, Tatiana, agreed that the office is not run properly and treats patients terribly. She stated that she has to listen to management even though it is wrong to take patients out of turn. Additionally, the office is outdated, dark and dirty. You ask why I remained a patient--I like my therapist Monsy--who quit as well!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!
