I was able to walk in and take a seat, as I sat I noticed that their is a lot of stuff in here, I.e., manicure tables with just random shop stuff all over. But I get my gel polish taken off for an additional $5 and a new polish and fill for $28 - the manicurist told me $40, I repeated $40? She said yes, I pointed to the Menu list that it says $28, she said, $5 for taking off gel, so I reminded her that wouldn't be $40, that would be $33 - she quickly said yes, $33 and went to work on my nails! I wish they took the time to clean up cuticles but that is obviously asking too much. If I'm in the area, I will be back.

Not this week. Thanks to Ann. My only complaint is there are not an abundance of nail color choices. The pedicure chairs looked nice. I will also try those soon. I recently ran into the issue again with not being happy with my nails so I decided to go back to Andy's after being away for almost 2 years. Still the same great service and the two times I've been back, I've been very happy. They do such a great job it is worth the wait times. I will say that if you don't make an appointment and you go on busy days, you will be waiting at LEAST an hour. I had an appointment on a Saturday and still waited 30 minutes. After waiting, getting a gel mani and spa pedi, my total time spent there was 2 hours. So be prepared to spend a couple of hours for your service. The wait is worth it to me to have good, quality service. They have tons of nail stations and pedicure chairs. It's a pretty huge salon. The girls at check-in are very nice and organized. Once you make an appointment, your name stays in their system. Like I said, it's had almost been two years since I've been to Andy's and they still had my phone number in the system. They send you a reminder text a few days before. And they called me on the day of to remind me again. I usually get an add-on like a scrub or wax with my pedicure. Even with how busy they always are, I never feel that the techs are rushing. They take their time and make you feel relaxed. I am only leaving off one star because of the wait times. Just be sure to make an appointment or go on a random Tuesday afternoon (I did this and didn't have to wait at all) But again, the wait is worth it if you walk out happy with your nails and toes.
