There today to get a pedicure first of all it's $27 for a basic pedicure. Secondly there's no music no TV it's dead quiet. They're not organized. Overall just wasn't happy with the experience and the polish doesn't look great. I won't be returning. There's just too much going on I honestly couldn't get out of there fast enough. read more

I just watched 3 techs talk to African American clients in the most dismissive and disrespectful manner while being pleasant and inviting to the white ones. Seriously the worst. They are so inconsistent in their work. My toes are usually nice but my full set or gel manis are ALWAYS don't horribly. They are sloppy and often rude. read more

My spa pedicure was rushed. There was a couple there before me, and they were still getting their service when I was finished (each had their own tech). I should be grateful because the tech was very rough with the massage portion. I about screamed in pain as he squeezed my legs with extreme pressure and pounded the bottom of my foot aggressively with his fist. The pounding was so aggressive that other patrons were startled to attention. The other tech noticed, and said something to him in their language. He calmed a bit thereafter. I feel he did this purposely. He asked me to upgrade and add services several times, however I only wanted a simple spa pedicure. I believe this angered him. My polish was left lumpy and flooded onto my cuticle. I will NEVER return here. read more

Worst pedi ever!!! Not one person speaks English or at least pretend they don't when you need help.

Please keep your money.....KT and KT2 are trash bag..I spent $100 on my nails Saturday only for me to have gone back twice since then. They charge you through the nose but give cheap service. My nails are paper thin..I went back to have them fixed and another coat added only for my nail to break off again....I'm beyond mad. I'm about to call credit company and dispute the charge....I want to go back and show them what a messy job they did the 3rd time just because.....said now I see what the owners son is talking about... read more

If you're looking for an overpriced low quality nail shop ... you've found one of many. I left this place with my toes bleeding after getting a pedicure... my fingernails were cut shorter than I had asked. They disregard whatever you ask them and then speak in their language about you. I witnessed the harsh unpleasant service they give African American's and i would highly suggest folks to STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!! read more

Full set and pedicure was rushed. Couldn't enjoy my pedicure because my full set was being done at the pedicure bowl. I couldn't get the full set that I wanted because she had applied my acrylic before asking what it was that I wanted. Worker was rushing And cut multiple fingers and when i asked for a bandage, she refused to give me one. Workers are rude and do not care about your needs. 100% would not recommend anyone going here. read more

I thought this would be a better experience with the new location. I just keep getting the wrong person perhaps. It was the worst nail job ever. They didn't clean my old blue polish out. So you can see the blue in my cuticle. Pedicure was great and the lady was friendly. My nail tech was a guy and he was in a hurry. He rushed and didn't even smooth down my nails. read more

Overpriced. won't go back. I can not believe my husband and I had both pedicures and that the price was over 100!!!

Okay, here is my first negative review ever. The service was horrible! I could kick myself for not reading the reviews first. I'm visiting from California just wanted a simple manicure with regular nail polish. They talked me into gel so I went with it. The man who did my nails smelled like cigarettes. I have friends who smoke and don't smell that bad. He was rude and I had to go back so he could fix a couple nails. The nail polish didn't cover my complete nail. I'm only giving this salon one star because zero is not an option. From, A very unhappy customer read more

Tried this place on the fly. Let me say I'm not very pleased with the service. Not to mention over priced! Decently clean and didn't have a long wait so that's why I gave 2 stars. I will return to my regular nail salon & will not recommend this place to any of my peeps.. read more

Now, I'm very particular about my nail salons because I'm busy and it is a treat so it needs to be right. I finally found time after a busy week but the clock said 7:34 P.M. I called my regular place and the woman said, "We are about to close. What have you been doing all day?" I guess she thinks we are friends. Anyway, my God-daughter had told me about this new spot in Speedway, so I called and they said they could get me in. I arrived at 7:52 P.M. Everyone was chilling, and by that I mean the whole family and then I was the only client there. Someone immediately began filling the tub up while I picked out a color. I'm VERY picky about colors but they had a wide selection. YAY! So I sit down and tell Ling (she may have said Lee, I don't know. ) that I like it hot. Well she walks off to get her materials and the water shut off just seconds shy of my skin beginning to melt. It felt lovely. Oh I forgot to mention that Ling brought a towel for my lap without being asked. I had on a dress. She recognized that I'm a lady. (Fanning myself like the Southern Belle that I am.) I was asked did I want the Deluxe. I could not really understand Ling, so I just declined although I was used to getting a few extras. A young man explained the Deluxe package too me, but I still declined since it was my first time. I just really wanted to get a feel for the place before I started doing the most. After a few minutes, I asked for the Deluxe. I'm just difficult like that but Ling didn't mind. This is when the experience begins. OMG! Usually, I like for men to do my pedicures so they can hold these big woman legs up and I don't have to do any work but Ling's little arms were not weak at all. She damn near put my leg up on her shoulders and was just massaging the clay onto my legs. This was after she had carefully groomed every toe and my entire foot. This woman did not get tired. She massaged and massaged. It was so good I seriously contemplated asking could we just lock the door and take this to the back. I wanted a full body Deluxe treatment. Anyway, she then wrapped my legs and feet in a hot towel. I was swaddled like a baby. It was HEAVENLY. I wasn't sure if I should feel what I was feeling for her. I think it was love. Well, she caught me off guard when she started beating my calves up but it was all a part of the relaxation process. No love lost. She then massaged my feet and legs again in...get this...COCONUT OIL. At least it smelled like it. It could have been baby oil and I'm just delusional because I think she knows this sista needs coconut oil. If she had pulled out shea butter then I would have cried. She loves me! After my second massage, Ling painted my toes very meticulously and made sure no polish was on my skin. I sat under the dryer and then left. This was the BEST pedicure I have ever received. I ordered a coffee from my phone and picked it up next door. I wanted to reflect on my experience so I kicked my feet up and enjoyed the sunset. read more

Very new and clean salon. Went for a pedicure and it was an average job for a pricey bill. They charge $7 to remove gel polish if you're not electing to get gel for your pedicure. Toenails weren't symmetrical in shape and polish job was mediocre which is super obvious when getting white paint. I tried something new but I'm an Andy's Nails faithful who needed to get a quick service. read more

Wow. Do not come here at all costs. I came for a gel manicure and was sold on the dipping manicure. Optimistic about this newer method, I agreed. I was told it last 3-4 weeks. The method was a little unsanitary, because she dipped my fingers directly in the bottle of powder, where I assume everyone else before and after me will do. On top of that, she completely destroyed my cuticles and made me bleed on 4 different fingers. When I brought it up, she sprayed alcohol on my fingers without asking. To top it off, my fingers bled for days. The cracking of the skin was so painful. Also, my nails were chipping with 3-4 days and the paint also was peeling away. It was definitely not worth my time or the $40. Save your fingers and go somewhere else. read more

I went in for a gel mani. The base coat had bumps in it (typically do 1 clear, 2 color, and one top coat). The technician filed it off and never reapplied the base coat. My nails peeled off the next day. I called to let them know and they told me to come back in. When I came back in (on my lunch break) the girl that did my nails was busy (there were several other workers sitting around doing nothing) and they refused to even acknowledge me. read more

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND GOING HERE. I have honestly never had worse service at a nail salon in my life. Everything I asked for they kept saying no and when I asked for my nails to be short (best for my job) the man kept getting irritated at me and wouldn't make them shorter. read more

Worst gel manicure I have ever gotten. They were out of the color I wanted twice and instead of having me pick a third color they just picked one for me. It was a horrible color and they didn't even put enough coats on so you can see my actual nail underneath. On top of that the person doing them was clearly sick and kept coughing into his hand and then immediately touching my hands. Would go ANYWHERE else but here read more

Upgrade from the original KT Nails. Thing I like best is it is new and clean. My pedicurist wore music headphones which I don't care for. It is just decent service. I will return. On a 1-10 scale with 10 being best-I give an 8. Came with my daughter. My daughter had a better pedicure but the leg and foot massage were lacking. I had a leg massage and very little foot massage. We each paid $40 for the service itself. read more

I went to KT nails on Thursday and got a mani-pedi The weight was not long at all. I was very pleased with that. after everything was said and done the person that did my manicure in my pedicure had me sit at the table for my toenails and fingernails to dry. The whole process should have only taken 45 minutes at the most. I was there for over 2 hours. The person who did my nails left me sit there for who knows how long. I could have just stood up and walked out without even paying That's how little attention they were paying to me. I had been sitting there so long I got to the point where I removed the little dividers on my toes and tested my fingernails myself and went up to the front and paid. I never saw the person again who did my mani-pedi. The next day my nails started to chip. So I returned back to KT nails and said that my nails were chipping and I would like them to fix them. The manager said yes she would fix them and she also informed me the person who did my nails the day before only used regular polish not gel. I was not aware of this. She started to fix my nails and then about 10 minutes into her fixing and she informed me it would be $13. At that point I was very angry because I felt I was being ripped off because they did not tell me initially they use regular polish and that they were going to charge me $13 to repair my fingernails. This place is a joke and a rip-off and honestly I'm not sure how to clean and actually is. I definitely would not recommend to anyone read more

Brought my daughter to get a pedicure and the lady kept sneezing all over my foot then steps away to help someone at the counter and it took her 20 minutes! You never leave a customer waiting. Theyre not professional at all , cant shape nails , rude , takes literally forever the guy on my nails which seemed to be the owner ,which only makes matters worse kept hopping between me and other clients removing one lady's nail while doing my full set, then painting another lady's hand Ill never give them my services again . I could have saved my $120 or paid more and actually got a professional service because that was not ! I Took me and my two little sister. Literally within 10 hours not even 24 hours one of hour nails broke . Her nails wont even long ... even if they were long i get my nails long all the time they never break within 24 hours this is results of crappy nail service ! I settled with mines wasnt completely satisfied but heyy thats a chance you take going to someone new. My coffin looks like oval shaped nails not coffin && i paid $10 additional dollars for my shape ! Some are shorter than others like significantly shorter, He cut my skin multiple times, the way he layed the acrylic its literally on my skin on the sides. I asked him to make the acrylic thicker he said that that was "ghetto" quote on quote off . No YOURE CHEAP . Lay this acrylic so it wont break ! Shouldve stuck to ANDYS ! If i could i would give them a rating of -5 . I was like this is not happening am i on camera .... some type of hidden camera tv show . PLEASEEEE if youre looking for a nail spot skip this one . So, I got my nails done gel no chip from the manager, Kenny on the 29th. Within 2 days, 3 of my nails chipped and so I went back and the girl was nice enough to redo the ones that's chipped. The within the next 3 days, there were 2 other ones chipped, so I went back and let them fix it. Then, today on the 6, barely a week with getting them painted, another 2 chipped. They refused to fix it or give me my money back. Comepltely ridiculous. You will not be receiving money from my family and I anymore!!!! Shitty customer service!! So rude. Mind you, I paid $35 for this!! read more

I have only gotten 2 pedicures here & first of all they are really expensive for no reason. They change their prices on you. I asked how much for a pedicure and they said 35 for regular and 55 for gel and then changed it to 45 for regular. Also if you get your gel removed from a previous pedicure it's and extra 10$. Then their customer service is very very poor. They don't know how to appropriately talk to people, they seem angry for no reason. Their work on the pedicure itself was ok, I think the quality depends on who does it. Lastly and worst of all is how unsanitary everything seems. You really can't tell whether or not the tools that are used are disinfected or not. There's dirty towels on the floor and the towels they use on your feet don't look all the way clean. I just would not recommend going here unless you wanna pay for an expensive regular pedicure and feel uncomfortable because the people are rude and the place is disgusting. read more

Not a good place in my opinion! I have been there before, and gotten a pedicure, as I like to keep my nails trim and feet smoothe, so I went Saturday the 23rd and had my feet in the water, she asked me about what "TYPE" of pedicure that I wanted, I said just a BASIC, she then LIED and told me that MEN cannot get a BASIC pedicure and that it is MANDATORY they get an upgraded pedicure, the basic is $35.00, but she told me I MUST pay $45.00, so I told her forget it, and asked her to dry my wet feet so I could put my socks and shoes on, she simply got up, and walked away, she went to another employee and said something in her native language and they both gave me a very mean look, I had to get a towel and dry my own feet, so I went to KT1 nails up the street, they told me that is NOT their policy and that the lady LIED to me, I asked them if that is ACCEPTABLE to keep her as an employee, and WHY should anyone want to trust them or go back, she simply said she would "TALK" to her, so BEWARE!!!! I think Andy Nails on Rockville road is MUCH better, it's just a longer wait, but from now on, I will be patient and go to Andy's nails for a more professional treatment! read more

Please read reviews. I made this mistake. The tech was very very rough. He kept drilling my cuticles instead of pushing the skin back no matter how many times I pulled my hand back in pain.. when he buffed then it was like he was trying to buff my skin out or intentionally hurt me from being so rough. The pain job and shaping looks like I child could have done it. And then they apparently get upset when you don't upgrade from like regular polish to gel. And I'm pretty sure I was talked about when I left to wash my hands because I get back and he continues and get the guys attention saying "you see what I mean ? " then breathes hard. I was tense the whole time because he kept hurting me , and I'm not one to really complain or leave reviews. read more

Thought I'd try it even though I had a horrible experience at the first one... no surprise to me when I walked in, asked for a color change and all they did was take off the color and repaint... no buffing, nothing. I had high hopes for this salon. However, when I saw the amount they overcharged me to my face, I will never return. My nails cost me $108 and I still have no idea why. I walked in and asked for a full set. I wanted all white nails with an accent design on each ring finger. I explicitly and repeatedly mentioned I did not want gel powder but instead the normal powder. I knew the design was $10 extra. But their sign said $28 full set, so if I was to get a set done it would be $38 right? Wrong. The staff when checking me out insisted that I asked for gel powder and continued to put words in my mouth. They all started raising their voices with me because I had absolutely zero idea how such a simple nail could cost $108 before tip. You can even see in the attached photo how simple these are and are not at a value of $108. I am so disappointed and will NEVER be back here again. A complete joke. read more

This salon isn't sanitary. They REUSE THE SAME TOOLS without properly disinfecting them. I went to get a pedicure and noticed they use a Dead Skin Grater. The nail tech was doing a pedicure on another customer and while I waited for her to finished I was getting my feet soaked and ready for the pedicure. I was really paying attention to see if these people are clean. She used the Dead Skin Grater on the lady, rinsed it with dirty feet water from the same lady and put it back with her tools and then came to do my pedicure and reused the SAME Dead Skin Grater. It's disgusting! She should have at least run that Grater through a disinfecting cycle. They use it to remove skin from people!!! Add bleach, be responsible! There're so many diseases out there! They also reuse the same feet scrub and nail filers. I wonder if the Indiana Board of Cosmetology Examiners should be made aware of these things. This salon charged me $72 for nails and a pedicure BUT They Can't afford to use new Tools and new Feet Scrub and New Nail filers on every customer? People are at risk of getting infections. I'm never coming back. read more
