I walked in after a heavy meal so that I wouldn't be buying too much for we know how all that works. Ends up with losing money and wasting food!!! However if you go in not starved, you will end up buying one or two baked goods and being happy with them. I tried their azuki bean bread and their coconut cream bread. The first thing I must say is that the bread is soft, not too sweet and good. The cream in the coconut bread is light, fluffy, not overly sweet and the whole thing together was a rather positive experience. I had a few words with the lady behind the counter and she said that they're super busy morning time. Of course, without zippys next door, they got all the baked goods business. I enjoyed their breads and I will definitely return. They probably have been in business for a long time, however this is my first time going and I will return for sure!

I paid $33 for 6 brownies, and that was only because they were running a buy 3, get 1 free special. One thing to note is that there's no pricing listed on most of the baked goods--only the cupcakes--so you don't really know what you're spending until checkout. Overall, great quality, just a bit pricey and could use clearer pricing.

Sweet cravings... In…read morethe midst of the holidays somehow the snackin' cravings hit differently as it seems like it's allowed for us to celebrate and be festive. I'm not one to make or bake any snacks so places like CeCe Patisserie is the place for me as they're located in Pearl Kai which is right across from Pearlridge Center and with lots of free parking the convenience is very easy and you can find them right behind Jiffy Lube. Walking in the vibe is so festive and bright with a staff who I believe is a family friend was such a delight describing just about everything in the shop and not missing a beat it was so difficult to decide and I needed quite a bit of snacks...6 to be exact and not refrigerated so it did illuminate a few which made the choices much easier for me. After much browsing it was the tub of Chex Mix as it came in Hurricane, Ranch, Tajin or Everything Bagel seasoning. Love the various flavors and I got three of Hurricane and Everything Bagel and with multiple purchase there was a little discount that's really appreciated :) There was quite a bit of baked goods many are a bit more sensitive and wished they had more of the snacks as they do make great gifts as well but there are cupcakes, banana bread, brownies and cheesecake...so many options is incredible. It seems like they have a food truck as well making this little shop a busy spot in so many ways. Thank you!

Luckily, they had a few sandwiches left. I couldn't decide between chicken salad and egg, so I got them both. Great choice! The sandwich bread is so soft, it's like a sweet bread bun. The sandwich is quite large and they do not skimp on the filling. I couldn't finish the first sandwich. The second went home with me for dinner. You know, I had to get some pastries for dessert, too. So many choices of breads!!! I wish there was a pack of assorted cream-filled buns. Hint, hint I love all of their goodies. This past Thanksgiving I ordered custard pumpkin pies from Ani's. The pick up process was so smooth and the pie yummy. Definitely doing that again for this year's Thanksgiving!

I used their website to place an online order the day before, which was pretty user-friendly including pics of the baked goods available. I wanted to get a few pastries for myself to try and bring some poi malasadas for my volunteer group. I saw they also sold sandwiches, which I was unaware of & was happy to see they had a chicken salad sandwich that I ended up ordering. Pick-up was scheduled for 9AM. They are easy to find and located across the street from the Halawa rec center. As other yelpers have mentioned, parking can be tricky but there is ample parking. Just be sure not to park in any stalls marked reserved. When I got there, there were only 2 customers ahead of me, a man in the store, and a lady just outside the door. Apparently they limit the amount of people in the door because of how small the area is and probably same set-up from covid time. Plus if there are already people at the register, there's a sign on the door that says, "the line starts here." So even though I ordered ahead, I still had to wait to get in. They should at least have another employee help with just pick-up orders to move the line along in case customers in front of you have huge orders. After I stood there waiting, 3 more people lined up behind me. Once I got to the counter, the girl had to go in the back to get my order which was already bagged when she brought it to me. It took about 10 minutes altogether from waiting in line to leaving. She was nice and friendly and the front area was kept clean. Poi malasadas, $2 each - good sized and ono, nice & soft, not overly sweet. Blueberry scone, $3.60 - meh, on the dry side & looks like they use frozen blueberries or preserved, not worth it. Butter roll, $1.45 - meh, on the dry side even after warming it. Long john, $3.90 - ono, hands down one of the best I've had. It is a little pricier than other bakeries but it is huge. They do not skimp on the custard, filled to the max & it was tasty, not overly sweet. The only thing I didn't like was there was way too much powered sugar topping, which made the donut part too sweet. Still worth getting & way better than Zippy's. Chicken salad sandwich, $9.75 - one of the best I've had. Wasn't sure what to expect from a bakery but it was delicious & the price was very reasonable. Comes on a soft, sweet bread type roll and packed with chicken salad & lettuce. They also did not skimp on the chicken salad, which was also very flavorful. This sandwich was huge & barely fit the container it came in. I could only eat half because it was so filling. All sandwiches come with a bag of chips. Unfortunately, the website doesn't give you a choice of what you want, they just stuck a bag of fritos in the bag, which I was ok with. I would get this again. Overall, I was pleased with most of the food. Ordering online ahead of time was easy, friendly service at pick-up with a clean area, & ample free parking. I plan to come back and try some other goodies. Support local!

My 4 star review is based on my pancakes! They have been so great in the past, however, today they were pale and doughy, though the scrambled eggs and bacon were great! So, I decided to get the Haupia Strawberry Pie which was really good!! A layer of Haupia then a layer of Strawberry Cream underneath then the pie crust with slices of fresh strawberries on top. They have a Haupia Chocolate Pie too. It sounds good and I can bet it is good too. Service is friendly and fast even though it was crazy busy this Saturday morning. Ambiance is casual and comfortable looking even though we didn't get to eat here today. The original plan was to eat breakfast there and to buy a pie after to take home. It was crazy busy and decided just to get a famous pie for this time. We will try to come and eat here the next time. Plenty parking. But, I had to drive around and wait for a parking. Actually, not enough parking. Lol. We will be back another time. Support local businesses. So, they stay around for as long as possible for the future generations to enjoy too. Not just hear stories of the great food places of the past. That's gone. That's so sad. I live by Kahala Mall and that's not an excuse to not come here more often than not. Awesome famous pies and I am pretty sure the food is too.
