Krystal burger is what it is - delicious bites of steamy burger goodness. We grabbed a sackful of cheeseburgers for the road trip, and they disappeared in a few short minutes. The service was fast and friendly, and we have no complaints about the service or the drive through atmosphere. I dinged a star because although the burgers were hot and fresh, they were put together pretty sloppily and half of them had the cheese and pickles bunched up in the bottom of the carton instead of still on the bun. Worst food ever! I'd always heard about Krystal. It was supposed to be like White Castle, which I love. This location was small, the food wasn't ready and it took forever to get my food in the drive thru. Very slow. The outside was very run down. But the food was horrible it had no flavor. Up front: sliders like Krystal's (think southern White Castle) are an acquired taste. What's the point of making comparisons to Five Guys or Whattaburger... you come here for 'original style' sliders. That being said, this Krystal is great!! Burgers were hot and fresh, service was quick, and the manager (I think) couldn't have been more accommodating! If you get a 'hankering' for this style of slider...you won't be disappointed! read more

My family just came from Krystals, the service sucked. We waited for our order for a good 45 minutes. For the amount we paid, I would expect for the order to be fresh and correct, but it wasn't at all. Everything in the bag was cold. We had to heat it all up when we got home. I ordered chili cheese fries, and they were just cheese fries. There was supposed to be cheese and extra pickles added to the chicken sandwiches and there wasn't. The workers need to step it up. I don't recommend eating here, it's not worth your hard-earned money at all. We also weren't giving the right quantity of food we ordered, now my mom has to sacrifice and be hungry just to make sure us, her kids eat well. Ridiculous! I'm traveling from out of state from NJ so I'm comparing this to White Castles. Imo these burgers have a better taste. However, I was a bit disappointed at the fact that the sliders only came with a pickle and onions and no ketchup. They included ketchup in the bag but it's just additional work that doesn't need to happen with fast food. Moreover, the French Eddie's were really good and seasoned. The chicken sliders left a lot to be desired. The service took a lot longer than anticipated but it was worth it for the burgers. Prices were decent and comparable for what it was. read more

I ordered 2 burgers and 2 chicks (I was the only one there). Order had 2 burgers and 1 spicy chick. None of it was edible. I ended up throwing it away in my hotel room. It was clearly sitting out for a while before it was given to me. Avoid until someone there fixes the quality control problem. read more

We were so hyped to try Krystal's on our vacation to Florida! We had heard it is just like white castle. When we pulled up we thought they were closed. It was an outside dining experience. The bread was soggy and the meat was grey. The chili cheese fries were salty. The outside tables were dirty and the bathrooms were worse. Horrible food. I went during peak evening hours and I received what i can only describe as wet burgers. The meat had no flavor and the buns were completely soaking wet bread. Today I came here for breakfast, sausage egg and cheese biscuit with small tater tots. The menu says the sandwich alone costs $4.69 and tater tots are $1.29 for small making the total before taxes, $5.98. The person at the window tells me they don't have any tater tots so I asked him do you have a substitute. He tells me they have french fries and I said, ok I'll take a small fry with the sandwich. When he rung up the total he says, that'll be $9.99 at the window. I said hold up, why so much? If I were to get a full meal for the sandwich, tots, and small drink that's only $7.49 according to the menu. He tells me but you ordered them separately and that's the price. So I tell him that I'm being penalized because they don't have tater tots so to forget the substitute fries which should have only been $1.29 like the tots and just give my sandwich. When I get to the window he wants to charge me $6.49 for just the sandwich. I question the amount of taxes on a $4.69 sandwich and he says, well that's the price. I said not according to the menu, which he asks another employee how much the sandwiches are on the menu and she confirmed what I said. This person without a shred of compassion said well that's what the price says so I'm being punished because they haven't changed their prices. Why should their negligence be visited on the customer? Why didn't they just take the loss from their mistake? Needless to say I was not happy and basically told the incompetent employee to forget it and I was no longer a customer. They really didn't care so DO NOT THROW YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS FECKLESS ESTABLISHMENT. I am rescinding my four stars from a year ago and giving this shithole a negative 1. read more

I don't usually do drive-thrus. If you want to make sure your order gets messed up, let the restaurant serve you through the window and drive off. Today, I broke my own rule. Jakira waited on us at the drive-thru today. She gave us incredible service on a detailed order making sure everything was right. She's an obvious asset to the Krystal store and we appreciated the attention to making sure we were taken care of. read more

The Owner is the problem here! I tried to send this feedback through the Krystalguestsurvey.com site; but, it insists anything more than a couple hundred characters is over their limit of 1,200 characters. It can't count. Incompetence or they just don't care? Either way, as I edited over and over, to reduce my several hundred characters, to whatever arbitrary number the site would actually accept, ever increasingly pissed off, it then 'Timed Out', deleting the entire survey and my response! Absolutely ridiculous customer service! Horrible experience all around! I've been to your Krystal a number of times; and, I've always had a pleasant experience, I happened to read the sign you wrote, to your employees, with a sharpie on white paper. It's legible backward at night, when it's light inside and dark out. I'm surprised you are able to retain any employees, much less good, loyal ones, when you speak (write notes) to them, that are as insulting, belittling, rude and abusive, as the one I read. I almost asked for a refund, I'm so disgusted how you treat your employees. I'll certainly never be back to support your business again. I have recently retired here and am starting my own business. I plan to come by again, when I need employees. I told yours how I felt about your abusive sign, that I was going to write this note and that I would be back to offer them better jobs under way better working conditions, as soon as I'm operational. It's obvious you are very frustrated by constant problems with employees. Maybe you should look inward for solutions, rather than blaming them on each and everyone else. Just moved back to east coast. Very excited to have a Krystal again. I definitely recommend this location if you are a Krystal foodie. Service is always with a smile, staff always professional, food always cooked fresh, even the fries! They bombard you with coupons, and honor a multitude of discounts. Krystals is not located where I live in NC, so this is my one weakness when I travel back to the Panhandle. Food was good, but I really hope that this is not how it is going to be run with the new ownership. Frequented there with prior ownership and NEVER sat in line at the DT for more than 4 minutes... I was the ONLY car in the DT, placed order and went directly to window and paid at 2:59:09. By the time I got my food it was 3:15 pm. In the meantime 5 more cars came in behind me.
