Speedy Burrito has raving reviews which caught my attention. It was a Sunday afternoon and this place was packed! It's a bit overwhelming at first because the menu is on the side, there are no individual menus, and everyone who is there knows exactly what they want without looking at the menu on the chalkboard. That confidence will come in due time. We ordered the chips and queso, three chorizo soft tacos with a large side of rice and beans, and a chorizo burrito in the "super" size at the front counter. It was quite hot inside so do be prepared for the possibility of no AC. The food came out rather quickly considering how busy it was. The staff were all friendly, too. We took our food to-go but there are plenty of seats and tables inside. The food here is AMAZING. These tacos are the real deal! The queso was good...except for the fact that my dog got on the table and knocked my beautiful tub of queso all over her and on the carpet. I was so mad, dude. It was really good queso and she managed to get about 90% of it out of the container. The salsa that comes with the chips is amazing, too, so much so that I would buy it in a large jar if I could! It's spicy but also sweet like it's flavored with fruit (my guess is peach). It's delicious!! As simple as it sounds, the rice and beans were pretty good, too, and the portion was big. My husband's super burrito was good and it fed him for several days. I can't wait to come back and try other dishes, but honestly, I'll probably keep getting more tacos from here because they're that good. Oh, and more queso, of course.

The enchiladas suizas were chef's kiss--creamy, flavorful, and dangerously good. Paired it with a peach house margarita, and honestly? For a house marg, it slapped. Refreshing, smooth, and went down way too easy. Great food, great drinks, great service, great energy. Cuerno Grill understood the assignment. I'll be back.

Snow White has been on my bucket list for a very long time, over a decade! It's a classic diner…read moreopened in 1952. In fact, on Highway 70 running from Arizona to the Atlantic Ocean, this is the fourth oldest restaurant in continuous operation! I did weeks of research to figure that out. So Snow White is a really big deal! And I've always wanted to go! Well, I finally went. A whole team of employees working the front counter welcomed me inside. I wanted to sit outside but tried to order at the counter first. I was given a menu, directed to the tables outside, and told that someone would be right out to take my order. And I waited. And I waited. I wish they had let me put in an order inside! The smokers gave me a heavy dose of secondhand smoke. I read the entire menu from front to back. And I waited some more. People came and went. Patrons got their food. I was apparently invisible. And I had driven a LONG way from home, over an hour to get here, and over a decade of planning to visit someday. It was all for naught. Eventually, I left. It shouldn't take 20 minutes just to have someone acknowledge a customer, especially with a full staff - seriously no fewer than eight people working the counter inside - and a half-filled restaurant that wasn't exactly overwhelming the staff. It wasn't anywhere near the busy dinner house, off-peak for sure! One employee was handling a couple of cars waiting for food and that one table of smokers. They couldn't have one girl working the outside and eight working a half-filled dining room could they? I've said this before in my online reviews. I hate giving a one-star review when I haven't tasted the food. The rating should reflect the quality of the cuisine first and foremost. So this is only a temporary rating. If I ever make the one-hour trek to Lebanon again and risk going to Snow White in hopes of not being invisible, I'll update my review to properly reflect the food.

We're still fresh from our move and continuing to find local restaurants in the area. We've driven…read moreby Snow White Drive In many many times while exploring our new home area and this place is always busy! We decided to stop by around 5pm before they became too busy, which was a great idea. We sat ourselves inside and were greeted nicely by our waitress. Since this was our first time here, we went with a classic cheeseburger, mine with tots, husband with onion rings, I had a Coke Zero, and he had a butterfinger milkshake. We also ordered a side of okra and a mini bbq sandwich. I was amazed that a mini bbq sandwich was only $1.50! You can't find prices like that anywhere in restaurants these days! All "veggie sides" are $2.50 so I'll keep that in mind next time we visit since those prices aren't listed on the menu. The interior is run down and does need a good cleaning, especially the floors. It's a fun car-hop theme but needs a freshen-up for sure. The food came out SO quickly, less than 10 minutes. What I loved the most about the cheeseburger was that the onions, lettuce, pickles, and tomato were all fresh and crunchy, how it should be! My husband, who usually gives me his tomatoes because he doesn't like them, actually ate his! The okra was fine, not much spice to them and the bbq sandwich was dry and needed A1 sauce (provided on the table) which ended up being really good with it. The onion rings were perfect! The onion didn't come out of the breading like so many onion rings unfortunately do. The other nice thing we noticed is that the tipping portion was your choice of either $3, $6, or $9...none of that 15%, 20%, 25%, etc that we see so often. This made it a lot easier and less stressful. Overall, this is going to be our new "fast food" location now that I've sworn off of fast food chains, especially because you can order from your car at one of the stalls! Snow White Drive In also opens for breakfast at 5am, so we will definitely be there for that someday!

A worker appeared and handed a bag to another customer. The customer mentioned that it wasn't his. So, the worker handed me the bag. Since I am Deaf, I constantly repeat everything back to ensure I have everything correct. I said, "Bacon cheeseburger, correct?" He replied, "Yes, it is." I said, "I ordered two shakes. One was white chocolate peppermint, and the other was chocolate peppermint." He replied, "Okay," Within seconds, he returned with two shakes. Here is the kicker: The receipt with the ordered items is taped to the outside of the bag. It listed everything that I ordered, yet he was oblivious to the taped receipt. Of course, we left without checking each item. Well, three miles down the road we discovered that the burger didn't have bacon, onions, tomato, or mustard. Also, both shakes were white chocolate peppermint. Ineptness was on overload at this location, and its the better Whataburger within the Nashville region. I'm starting to feel like any Whataburger outside of Texas will have significant issues. Perhaps, this is the result of expanding outside of your core territory.
