Krystal has been in Jackson for over 40 years. We went yesterday to the drive through. The dining area has been open the last few weeks, but COVID-19 is increasing in this area. Ordering was easy. Mix and match 5 for about 5.99. We ordered. We tried the new onion rings. The food was good typical Krystal food. I was pleased. read more

We went to Crystal's this afternoon at 7:10 PM. The burgers were not fresh. The fries were cold. I spent $15.95 for food that was not even edible. I would like a refund. read more

when i went up to the drive through, i asked for 4 burgers without onion. this rude girl working told me that the best thing they could do is scrap them off because the onions are already on the burger. she had a lot of attitude. i just left and never order. a couple hours later, i stopped at another krystal and they had no problem w having no onions on my burger. never going back!!! read more

People say the burgers here are small. But I think they are like average size I wouldn't want anything bigger if I'm being honest. The burgers probably have a great personally and a great heart. read more

Decided to get off the interstate to get lunch and noticed that there was a Krystal. Seeing as we didn't have a Krystal in our hometown we decided it would be nice to get lunch. Went through the drive through. No line, noticed one person outside with headset on. Pulled up to speaker ant got "Welcome to Krystal. What do you want?". Ordered first meal (4 Krystals, Fries and Coke), and got "Anything else?". Gave next meal, same response. Third meal, same response, followed by two plan Krystals for our dog. The person then yelled "Come around". No readback, no total, NOTHING. We pulled up, the woman who opened the window said nothing and just reached out her hand to take my card (guessing at this point I was going by blind faith that I knew how much it was). Gave me my receipt and card without saying a word and slammed the window. Ten minutes later got our food, no thank you or nothing. So far, customer service is HORRIBLE and no communication skills. Hopefully the food is better right? WRONG! The fries looked like they were the scraps from the last time they cooked fries, not to mention they were stale and cold. The burgers looked like they were hastily put together with a TON of mustard and no pickles, not to mention that the two plain burgers were not even on the receipt or given to us. Every Krystal I have been to has been exemplary, this one is not. I will be contacting their corporate office. read more

Krystal's is a southern staple so we don't get the little burger fix in Cali so being in the south is the added bonus of being close to southern delights. The fries are good comparable to jack n the box regular fries. They have awesome deals prices you just can't beat. Burgers are so so bout the same as any fast food establishment. Overall cheap burger joint with good deals. read more

The food has been the same for as long as I can remember, and I remember when you could get a Krystal burger for .25 cents. The service is different at different Krystal's but the one here in Jackson, TN is pretty good. And that's about all I can say about this. Because I haven't been inside to see how clean the restaurant is, just hoping it is up to health codes. read more

Unbelievable. My car broke down on my trip from TX back to Ohio. I'm at the Goodyear next door to Krystal and went over for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I used the restroom before I ordered. An employee came storming into the restroom twice complaining because I used the restroom. She banged into the restroom and with a raised voice told me Goodyear has restrooms. The second time she used the word Bi**h. I think she called me a B***h. Needless to say, I bought nothing and walked down to Popeyes later for lunch. Shame on you lady. Shame on you. I'm stranded. I was a paying customer that had done NOTHING offensive. read more

We choose this Krystals for dinner. We went through drive thru and everything was normal. We specifically ordered fries with no salt. When we got our food from the lady at the register and proceeded to drive off, the fries were cold as ice and limp. I went into the Krystals to address the problem and the lady had an attitude when I told her the fries were cold . As she proceeded to fix the problem I noticed that the cook over the grill didn't have on a mask ! Second, it was filthy and cheese was on the floor. I wonder what sandwich that cheese landed on?! read more

Krystal - NO MASK ! - Burgers Near Me - Jackson, Tennessee

I just ordered three bacon crystals with cheese and added chili cheese fries to my order. Previously due to cold food I received from Krystal's or North highland I asked how do I get the food hot or have the cheese melted. Previously the lady told me to ask them to melt the cheese. Just 5 seconds ago I received my order after asking them to melt the cheese and they said they were fresh hot off the grill. Their food is always cold and this is my fourth time and I would never go back there. I wish there were ways I can post these pictures I went around to the side of the building open my window is 28° outside and no steam is coming from my burger. You guys really need to step your game up or close just like you did the other one by Walmart read more

Just went through drive thru. My husband ordered a Dr. Pepper. He said it didn't taste right and asked to get a coke instead. The girl at the window slapped it out of his hand on to the pavement. She said there was nothing wrong with the Dr. Pepper. She slammed the window and we could hear her yelling. We asked to talk to manager. She said she would take care of it. Not sure what that meant since we had already paid. I hope it meant she was firing that girl. read more

terrible service they don't clean there grills how do I know you might ask when you have an onion allergy even tho there website says they will cater to certain allergies they won't cook your burgers on a clean grill with no onions very rude multiple times i reminded her of my allergies and was ignored for a few minutes at the speaker when I told the girl I've had it done before and even offered an extra tip just to be able to consume the food will never be back to the only Krystal's in Jackson read more

How is this place not 5 stars? I live in Indiana and every single time I come home to Jackson, this is a MUST. Breakfast? Yup, I'll take a sunrise. Lunch? Give me a corn pup. Dinner time? Krystal's and a chili cheese pup please! Love love love. There's nothing like a hot, cheesy Krystal! read more

Oh Em Gee the best burgers I've ever had in my entire life and so cheap I just couldn't believe it!

Horrible Drive Thru service! Waited in line for 5 minutes to place the order while 3 employees stood around outside waiting fora truck to be unloaded. It took another 10 minutes to get the food and now a manager has joined the group outside! Who's taking care of the customers. read more

I have fond memories of the "Grease-tal" in Knoxville. It was often the only place open on a Saturday night after all the bars and clubs had closed. I had not been to one in years when one day recently I had a craving for some fast food gut bombs. I went in to find that nothing has changed in 20 years. They are still serving the same old burgers. I mean it. I think they are literally serving 20 year old burgers. And the grease. Just breathing the air clogged my arteries. I feel for the employees. They were all very nice, but they have to spend all day covered in that oily air. I will give them props for something. The Krystal on Highland has table service. They actually bring the food out to your table. Basically, the food is not very good. I will still probably go back. No matter how bad it is or how bad it is for you sometimes you just get a craving for greasy fast food and Krystal has plenty. read more

Hubby and I got some chicken clubs to-go and he tried mine and discovered how much he likes the clubs. He still gets surprised whenever he tries something new and likes it. It seemed to be as good as the place at home so it works for me! read more

I would LOVE to give them a zero but it won't let me. Went thru the drive in for breakfast this morning and was asked to pull up it'll take a minute. I'll bring it out to you. We set for over 15 minutes. There was a truck in front of us too. I finally went inside and so did the driver in the truck. Told them I I had been waiting 15 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches. Told them I just wanted my money back. The driver of the truck said he had been waiting over 20 minutes. Manager never said sorry for the confusion or anything. Really really pitiful way to run a restaurant. I won't be back. read more
