Over the past 2 years we have had Alberto and his son install 2 shower stall glass enclosures in our home. Both times they were very competitive on price and the jobs were great. We have had a small problem with one of the doors due to a hinge adjustment. They promptly came out and fixed the problem. At no cost. This business was absolutely great! Alberto came and measured about a week ago and was on time with timeframe to install it. It took them about 2 hours for installation. Alberto and his son came on time, clean up after themselves and were professional. They told me what they were doing as they were working and walked me through how to take care of it afterwards. They had forgotten the sweeper and drove to get it and then drove back in order to finish the job. I got the 1/2 inch glass with the shower guard lifetime protection and don't regret it at all. My shower glass was heavier because of it being a half inch. When Alberto came to measure, he stated to me there was really no difference between the 3/8 and 1/2 inch but I wanted the 1/2. I appreciated his honesty and when he installed the 1/2 inch stated he did like my choice! Lol Will use them in the future for my glass needs. read more

He was also the only one to follow-up on his bid. During the installation, his son and nephew, two of the most courteous, professional young men I have ever met, made sure that I was 100% satisfied before they left. I found Krystal Glass off Face Book..I was kind of skeptical because I had hired someone else from Face Book (contractor) to do some work at my house that I am selling and that person was a contractor from hell. He did not do the work correctly and on top of that they stole from me. So when I called Krystal Glass and they agreed to come out and give me an estimate I had reserves. I was not at home at the time that Ingencio came but a had hired another contractor and he was there for Ingencio to measure. Ingencio called me and told me his price which was very reasonable. I was worried now about the quality of the glass shower. Was it going to be thin glass or what. Then I talked it over with my finance and we agreed to hire them on. So I called and we sent up a time for his for them to come back and make sure the measurements were correct. Ingencio's father came out this time and he was so sweet and patient and he made suggestions as whether to go with brass, silver, brush nickel, etc. I went with his suggestion cause I felt he knew better than I. I guess it was about a week when they called and told me that they were ready to install the seamless glass shower. They came on time, set it up and when they finished he informed me that I could come and inspect it. I walked into the Masterbathroom and I was so amazed of how beautiful it looked. It was everything and more that I hope for. The glass was so thick.. I am and was so happy and satisfied and I am so glad that I chose them to do it. I love my shower, the seamless glass made it that much more beautiful. After a nightmare of a time with other contractors, these guys were professional and reliable, and the work they did was great. Additionally, the price was reasonable. They came to measure (actually during the window they said they would), went out of their way when we asked them to hang a mirror a previous contractor did not put back up after our vanity was installed at no charge, installed the glass well, and then came back a week later to adjust the sweeper under the door when we called to tell them it was leaking a bit. Very good experience with these guys and I would recommend. read more
