Jonas asked me to wait until spring because of winter temperatures. I readily agreed that was a very realistic request. I started contacting Jonas in early April and he informed me he had to have a lift or scaffolding to do the job. I feel since this is a product warrantee job he should have included it it in his bid to Associated materials. Jonas will not answer his phone or reply to text. I would definitely think twice before considering this contractor. He doesn't even have the courtesy to tell me or Associated materials he isn't going to do the. job. He made the drive, walked through the project with me, and provided an in-person quote on the spot. We thanked him and went with a "more affordable" quote, which was a big mistake. The company we contracted with (Rod's Painting) stood us up 2 days before the project was scheduled to start and returned our deposit, making us delay the project for 3 months due to winter setting in. When the weather broke, I reached back out to Medina and upgraded the project by adding our house to the mix as well. Once again, Johnny made the drive to revisit the project and quote, adding our house into the mix. Once we had negotiated a fair price, Johnny and his crew communicated regularly, showed up on time, and knocked the project out efficiently and with excellence.
