I emailed Josh on December 5th to find out what time we needed to meet the painters on 12/9/2024, no response. I called Josh 12/6/2024 and left a message, no response. Sunday 12/8/2024 i decided to text Josh, he responded 3 hours later he said it would be Tuesday or Wednesday before they could start. I told him that the painting had to be done by 12/16/24 that we have carpet being installed. Josh said they would reach out to me tomorrow (12/9/24). They called and said they would start on Tuesday. The painters arrived on Tuesday to start. They finished on Saturday, they said to put blue tape on what needed to be fixed. There was not enough blue tape to fix the issues! They did not patch any holes and did not do any of the things I was told would be done. They said they had covered the lights before they filled holes and did not see them. We scheduled for them to come back on 12/23/24 to fix holes and do touch ups. On Monday the 23rd they came to fix the issues, they did not cover our brand new carpet or flooring. I was asking why the flooring was not covered, they did not speak English. I had paint on the carpet and flooring, at this point I am so pissed. They did not know the difference between semigloss and high gloss paint. They then rolled the area's that had to be fixed. In the end this is not a professional paint job. I will not recommend them.

The estimate got postponed 3 times…read more The estimator called me the day of the visit and left a message to confirm the visit but did not leave a number to call back or that I should call the office to reconfirm. Talked with the estimator, Jeff, and he was not very nice. Blamed not coming to do the estimate on me, for not calling the office to reconfirm, which he didn't mention in the message I should do. After a less than friendly interaction with him, and being told I was difficult, I told Jeff that I would no longer need an estimate from AllPro Painters. I guess they can afford to lose "difficult" potential customers.

They kept asking for more money even though the agreement was half down at start and balance at end. For just a sample of their lack of quality, a fan blade feel off our fan in the middle of the night. Fan was not going. When I went to fix it, I learned they used sheet metal screws to reattach the blades instead of bolts. I could go on and on about how bad an experience we had. We would never consider using them again.

Shawn never showed up on the day we had scheduled. I tried to contact him throughout the entire day, and finally got a hold of him late that evening. He said that he had been in an accident, but was coming the next day. The following day, he showed up two hours late and seemed to be intoxicated or on drugs. I cancelled the job and demanded he refund my advance payment, which he never did. I highly recommend that you avoid using this company as it is not trustworthy.
