Countertop Source did a good job installing my granite on my island and countertops. They removed…read moremy old countertop without breaking the backsplash so I could keep the backsplash. They provided a drawing prior so I could see what it was going to look like and I was able to make a couple of changes which was nice. The reason why I did not give an excellent rating is the new stainless steel sink they provided I noticed after they left had several scratches on it. When I called the sales Rep Braden, he said it could have been the plumber who scratched it when he hooked everything back up. No one knows for sure. But the new sink I'm not sure is as good quality as my old one as it seems to scratch more easily than my old one. Overall, they did a good job on the granite installation.

I loved the way they use a laser to measure the countertops. So easy and no mess made--the first company I tried to use was still using the old fashion way with wood pieces they piece together! Countertop Source is very up to date with their products, their methods, and their knowledge. Their showroom is amazing with lots of examples and the samples of the different countertop products. They were very timely and worked with me closely on each step and made sure things were done correctly to have me be satisfied. LOVE LOVE my countertops and Countertop Source is the reason. They then were supposed to redo our drywall, baseboards and painting. It somehow has taken them two months to do this. And finally when they claimed to be done I had to call them back to paint again and fix the holes left in the walls. I am still waiting for them to return. The baseboards look like my 3 year old painted them and waiting for them to come back has been a pain in my a** Will update if they ever return.... * Update: So a more competent guy finally came and fixed the baseboards and walls. He did have to return twice, a week later to touch it up after he repaired the holes. But he did do it and they look much better.

first off, I would like to acknowledge that the project Donnie worked on at my house was full scale…read morerestoration. The home was not only in need of new windows, but had severe damage from mold, dry rot, and subterranean termites. So the work Donnie did for me was buried and extensive. Another restoration company had previously done the demolition, but Donnie came in and did all of the sheet rock, Insulation, drywall installation, and replacement, texturing, and interior painting. Because the structure was so damaged in the master bathroom, almost the entire back of my home had to have all of the stucco, taking taken off and most of the interior drywall. So, at that time we removed an old cast-iron tub and Donnie put in a gorgeous tile shower. Added to all that he did before, he is a perfectionist, installing tile and plumbing fixtures. I will say he let you know when he will be there and he is there when he says. He advises if he's unable to come for part of the day. His communication is stellar. One of a kind in my whole experience of this restoration project. He's very pleasant to be around, comfortable to converse with. And I didn't mind him being in my home, even if I needed to leave for periods of time. I give Donnie the highest of recommendation.
