Dr. Ellen Sinclair is by far a very professional and compassionate family practice doctor! I am a…read morenew patient as of 2020. I had to change doctors after being with my previous doctor for over 20 year due to insurance changes, and was very apprehensive to start over. Dr. Sinclair listened to all my concerns and was very thorough in helping me find answers to my medical issues. I had several tests and she went way over and above by calling me personally with results to put my mind at ease. One particular test was done and results came in on a Friday. She took the time to personally call me that afternoon with the results so I wouldn't have to worry about them through the weekend. I highly recommend her!!

This has always been my go to hospital. I've had ton of medical issues. But tonight I have to say…read morewas the worst experience of my life. I'm so glad they are transferring me to menorah. They gave me medication to make me vomiting after violently vomiting due to a previous surgery they acted like I was faking. I vomited so hard it felt like I ripped my insides. I was told I didn't and she walked out. Asked for nausea meds and it took her an hour to get them them. Stuck in a room with no one who came to check on me. Blood pressure 155/98 no one asked if I was in pain told me my lab results or ct scan. But brought in the transfer paper. Didn't see anyone again till ems came. Very disgusted in the way I was treated. I've always enjoyed this hospital. Until tonight. I will walk out if these people are ever on duty here in the emergency room. ​

I've always been able to get primary care appointments within a few days and sometimes on the day I…read morecall. The staff have treated me well and my PCP works together with me as a person on my health issues instead of treating me like a problem to be solved. I did have to cycle through cardiologists for a while after the first one retired but each one I saw had reviewed my history and was able to immediately pick up where the other had left off.
