I then received bill after bill, sending it back that I had asked specifically the cost. I received call after call demanding over 119.00 constantly stating, "Trying to collect a balance" when in fact they stated my United Healthcare would pay it. I had been to a Gentleman, John in KC, KS just too far away. He was amazing and hands on. I told them immediately the outcome of that visit and that I was unhappy. They simply will not respond w/resolution to anything other than you owe us. Too many good Chiropractors out there to do this kind of treatment that literally only keeps you coming back. Do not go to this office w/out exactly knowing costs and type of care. They don't care and choose someone hands on that knows anatomy and physiology of patient.
